Yes, especially a 19 year old student. I met people who were a little older than you tabt was generating 10K on airbnb a month.

I mainly focus on wholesaling but I am going to start implementing this strategy tomorrow. I am going to use craigslist and set appointments to meet with the landlords. You need to have some capital for the first and last month rent, and deposit and to buy furniture. But based on the landlord
those things should be negotiable. I would go after already furnished places on craigslist and set an appointment at Starbucks to explain my program and how beneficial it is.
Hey - really awesome content! I’m EXTREMELY interested but here’s the thing: I live in Vancouver, Canada and they banned Airbnb Arbitrage here! You have to be the primary owner and actually live in the apparent to sublet a room in your apartment! Not sure how to get around that!

I've been doing Airbnb since June and it's been a pretty fantastic journey until one day I though ''what if I can rent another house and do Airbnb?'' and of course everybody was like ''is illegal - you can't do that'' until the day I discover Airbnb Automated. Chi has his strengths though with his beautiful interior designs and what not, but you also opened the door for us on how to close deals with big developers and sign leases in bulk and scale faster than ever. We set up our business account in there and then after 4 months they suspended the account. Now rules say no vacation rentals but it seems that bed and breakfasts are ok. How are you supposed to pick up a package of apartments at once with a new LLC?
As a newcomer wouldn't it be better to pick up single-family homes first?
If you cannot find apartments to accept your new LLC then single family homes is a great way to start. At least initially

There are a few ways. you can still use a lockbox approach. You can do a smart lock (deadbolt with keypad) . I approach every property as a unique puzzle

Please explain in detail how to speak to apartment complex owners/managers to agree to airbnb, especially having no referrals.
