- This is a vegetarian version of dualpuri with lentil peas and chunks that the Rastafarians in St Vincent make.
Dough Recipe
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water for kneading
Filling
1 cup of lentil
1/3 cup of onion, carrots, pumpkin, bell
peppers and two cloves of garlic
A handful of chunks
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon goya seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
hot sauce
About 4 1/2 cups of water.
*Add seasoning to your preference and
more salt if you need.
*Let lentil cool down completely before placing in dough.
*If your dough is too soft to work with add flour and knead it in some more.

I'm so proud of you Vincy lady🇻🇨. I came across your channel earlier this month I've been enjoying it. Can you pls do the one with potatoes, I used to have it when I was small in Vincy, it will be greatly appreciated, tks🇻🇨🇨🇦
The one with the city potato and lentil peas? Thank you I appreciate it. Please let me know if that's the one, because I had plan to do it.
@@samsgiftedhands3998 not lentil and potato, just the potato. I've never seen it with both, but I like the potato better than the lentil, it would also be good to see it that way as well, tnk you so much🇻🇨🇨🇦
@@monicajames784 one more question. Is the potato curried and mashed, or cut in cubes and curried? I never had that one.
@@samsgiftedhands3998 it was curried(cubes)
@@monicajames784 ok! I'm not to sure about this one. Is it a roti or dualpri? I will need more explanation for this one.
