Thanks so much. Yes, you can make the dough ahead, let it rise for the first proofing and store in the fridge. The next day let the dough warm again, shaping and filling/topping, 2nd proofing at room temperature before baking.

Zareen Thomas, you're welcome and thank you. If using a mixer with a dough hook, about 6-8 minutes, do windowpane test and if you are happy with the result (the dough doesn't tearing up when you spread it), it's done.
Saya suka acar yg sering ada di dalam burger. Kl acar biasa, timun diberi gula, garam dan cuka sih bisa... Tapi yg dlm burger itu kan kering... Seperti sdh dibuat agak lama...krn terlihat bening.... Kl sdg buat makanan yg pakai acar... bisa sekalian ajari ya mbak.... Suwun....
Oh itu pickles. Timun kecil, cuka, garam, gula dan air matang bisa ditambah chili, daun dill, dan biji mastard atau herbal lainnya. Di campur dan biarkan 2 jam hingga gula & garam larut, masukkan jar terus ditutup rapat, biarkan minimal 10 hari sebelum dikonsumsi. Simpan dikulkas.

About the silicone baking mat, it will flip up when it bottom side is too dry or maybe there is flour or residue on your counter so the silicone mat doesn't stick to the counter/surface/table. Before using the mat, clean the counter and the bottom side of your silicone mat with a wet towel, so that the mat will stick to the table. After finished using the mat, clean it again the same way.

Ninik beautiful recipes. But what can i replace eggs as we dont eat. Can i use flax powder instead
You can skip the egg, the bread will be slightly dry.
