In general, we suggest using a ceiling fan light as a supplemental light source used in conjunction with other room lighting like lamps or recessed cans. We do not recommend using any ceiling fan light as the sole source of light for any room.
Hello I installed the fan, but my light is not working. I went to get the same exact fan to plug-in that LED light but it’s still not working. Do you think it’s my wire connection?
Yes, the wiring is probably the issue if the replacement is not working either. Please check that the fan's blue wire is securely connected to the house power supply. Sometimes, the connections can get loose and disconnect during installation. That is one of the reasons we always suggest wire nuts and electrical tape. If that does not resolve the issue, we would suggest calling Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-434-2678. Their team is pretty good at troubleshooting over the phone.
As those are not standard wire colors (typical is white and black wires), please call a licensed electrician to ensure that the wiring is connected correctly.

My house is very old and only has two cables, one red and one black. My fan works very slowly. I don’t know how to do the wiring

If I have no existing hole what size do I need to cut in ceiling
That really depends on the outlet box you are installing. in general, the hole will be about 3.5-4 inches.
how to adjust the light level to sunlight?? please!
The light for this fan is rated at 3000K (softwhite) and is not adjustable.
Installed this cieling fan and got to the end and the led light was broken. smh
