There's this stuff called blue tak. Gorilla makes one in white. The blue one CAN stain a white wall, the gorilla one will avoid this issue, but either way, I have used this stuff to hang ALL SORTS of stuff on my walls. It's better to use multiple smaller globs of it in multiple places, rather than one big one, but I bet putting maybe a pea sized glob of it on each corner of these pucks would hold them to the wall just fine. If the paint comes off the walls really easy, you can use a heat gun and it will make the tak super pliable and come right off. To get any off the walls or devices you hang up there, just take a wad of it and sort of wipe the leftovers off. As a renter, this has allowed me to hang up so much more stuff than I imagined I ever could.
