    This is so cool! Would you be ok if you had an engine out that low? Im just asking because i genuinely dont know. I know you can autorotate from say 1000 feet agl but im curious about that low at that speed. God that scenery is BEAUTIFUL!!!

      Check out the HV diagram in a POH (pilot operating handbook) to see what combination of altitude and airspeed that an average pilot could safely do an autoration from. I was definitely at the low end of the scale here, and was lower than I normally like to fly. I like to stack the cards in my favor most of the time. But for some reason, those backcountry bush plane guys like to map the earth...lol. So I lived close to the danger zone for a few minutes while I chased him around down there.
