Happy Birthday Luna. This was a beautiful 'travel log' for those of us living on the other side of the Atlantic. I adore quaint towns and villages, book stores, old apothecary shops, vintage trains, and history. It's nice to see your partner in this one. You make a lovely couple.
I want to visit there so very much! I'm rather obsessed with Yorkshire, because of the Bronte sisters but also because of Darkher's music and Andrew Michael Hurley's writings and just so much more of the history of the place and general spooky, wild nature!
So beautiful and quaint. I could live somewhere like that forever! My grandmother introduced me to Jane Eyre when I was 12 years old in movie form and later I read the book. My most favorite story ever! I think I’ve seen every rendition of the movie lol. Thank you for sharing this special place❤️ Blessed be from the USA
Happy birthday to my Libra sister. I just celebrated my birthday last week and it was about 95 degrees Fahrenheit here in Northern California, so I so appreciate you bringing us along on your autumnal outing. The mist and the cozy jacket you were wearing made me want to jump on a plane. I read Jane Eyre when I was a bit older than when you said you did, but it's been a beloved book in my life ever since, so thank you for a glimpse into the world of the Bronte sisters as well. That Curiosity Cabinet shop looked so amazing, I just added Haworth to my bucket list!
Love this Vlog. I'm seeing it in November after Halloween... it's always a bummer watching almost everybody after Halloween making content about Xmas forgetting that we are still in Autumn.... Don't get me wrong I love Xmas season but I like to enjoy autumn the much I can. It's my fav season and I start with the Xmas stuff in Thanksgiving day (here in the USA). I'm always waiting/excited for Fall I always make it last as long as I can. 🍁🧡🍂🧡🍁🧡🍂🧡🍁
Hi Luna, I’m really glad you enjoyed Haworth, my village, the other weekend and that you chose to come here for your birthday. It was lovely to see you and say hello in the Brontë Parsonage Museum 😊xx
Happy belated birthday and thanks for taking us along on another journey of discovery. You were spot on when you said that the town looked like something out of a hallmark movie. Also a ride on a steam train is like stepping back in history.
I'm so inspired! What a great place to spend your birthday wknd. We're going up to Scotland for Christmas and on the back of your video I almost booked a stop at Haworth. I think I'm going to wait until next year though - it looks like an ideal Autumn place to visit! 🍁🍂
Visited Haworth a few years ago. Had a similar "magical village" vibe. The long slope of the main street, the cobblestones. Spent the night there in a B&B, all the rooms were fairy tale themed.
Another beautiful, cosy video that will go into my favorite's folder; I'm sure I will rewatch it many times. I was an English major in college many, many years ago, so it's been a while since I've read Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights, but I remember that Elizabeth Gaskell suggested that Branwell was the inspiration for Heathcliff. It was fascinating to see the Bronte home, so thank you for sharing your visit with us, as well as the Yorkshire countryside. So beautiful! I took the train from York to Manchester Airport when I was in England during the summer, and I so enjoyed seeing the beautiful landscape. I love train travel! I'm glad you and Andy enjoyed your day. And a very happy birthday to you! 🍂🍁
Hi Luna from Australia 🇦🇺 😊 im from Oldham/Manchester, been to Haworth many times, my grandmother would mail Beano to Australia, we immigrated 1963, that pub near the church is were the Bronte brother drank 😮 they say was a wild one, great video, cheers 🍻 from Australia ❤ 😊
so beautiful! -- happy birthday🎂, it looks like an amazing time literally like out of a novel, yes train rides are so relaxing love taking it when i can 😊thank you for sharing
Thank you for sharing this beautifully produced snapshot of autumnal village vibes in the old country. My ancestors lived in the dales a short way due north of Haworth before moving here to the far side of the world, so it is fascinating to see the kinds of streets they would have walked.
Awe 🥰🥰This was so Lovely ! I just love it when you take us places that i will probably never get to go to myself but i love living it through you ❤❤Happy Happy Birthday Sweet Soul ! I am so glad you had a lovely time and have lovely friends 🤗🤗That was so much fun ! I would go crazy in those shops and the train looked Amazing 🥰🥰🤗🤗❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻
Happy Birthday! And thank you so much for taking us along - I took notes in case I ever get to England! These are exactly the kinds of villages I would love to see.
This place is gorgeous! and oh my the books!! I just spent some time in Wales, its the first time I've been and its so beautiful. When u go to countryside places u find that a lot of the shops have almanacs, books on magick and folklore and natural products, the focus is so much more on nature coz of the farming communities of course, its all about small crafts, local produce and being more in tune with nature and I love it!! (I've just watched some of ur other videos and clearly u live sumwhere in the countryside I'm guessing so u know full well wot its like but yeah its just lovely and it is nice to know that places like this still exist, I relish in supporting local small businesses especially small book shops 😊❤
Happy Birthday 🎂 You've certainly made me want to visit Haworth! Looks so beautiful 😍 I've been looking for places to visit over the Samhain weekend while I'm off work and I think this might need adding to my shortlist! 😊
Happy Birthday....such a beautiful video, we are hoping to visit there in the next couple of weeks. One of the books you got How to read a free well my son was going to buy me that last week and I wasn't sure and said maybe another time I would love to know what you thought about it. Thanks for sharing❤
Happy Birthday, Luna! 🥳 I'm glad you two had such a nice weekend together. ❤️ I really enjoyed seeing the steam trains and all the fun places you got to visit. 🤗
One of my favorite places that I've ever been! Did you have a chance to go into the cemetery? I've never seen such gigantic tombstones anywhere else. Spectacular place.
I'm adding this to my watch later but I wanted to quickly say, your website link doesn't work on TH-cam. I wanted to check out what Oaken Tongue was, as I assumed it was your book. So, as a fellow business owner, I wanted to give you a heads up so you don't miss out on any traffic/money! ❤ Already loving your content and I've not even finished a video yet! Beautifully filmed, rousing poetry and an otherworldy vibe, really chill. ❤
You've not even mentioned The Railway Children original movie from the 1970's was filmed in Haworth - I thought I recognised the shops and the station :)
😊💁🏻♀️🇨🇦🫂💚💛🥧🫖🌺💚🧡💛 Happy belated young blood. Huggles and blessings. Gid keep you and your love safe, gealthy and happy. Pretty place, you are fortunate to travel.😢
I often wonder how many beautiful and innovative creations and inventions humanity has missed out on, due to generations of oppression, sexism discrimination, racism/prejudice, classism etc.
It makes me feel better just knowing that places like this really exist in the world.
Love this 💚
I live and work here ! I feel very blessed ❤️
Happy Birthday L. Buy yourself some flowers
That was so kind 🥰🥰❤❤
Thank you so much Paul that is so kind of you, I appreciate it so much! 💚💚

How wonderful. I haven't been to Haworth for about 35 years, and it's so nice to see that it looks as magical as ever.💚

Watching it again. Oh WOW🎉Sending you a million blessings from Chicago, IL.
Haworth is great. I visited a couple years ago and stayed above the Spooks bookshop. Very cool witchy vibe to the whole place.
Ohhh nice!
I usually don’t comment but wow! Such a great video and Haworth looks magical.
So glad you enjoyed the video!

Love the poet that said AI doesn,t produce her work she does, that should be said about books too.
oh wow you have the same name ❤
Magical. If you can, you should go back around Christmas and vlog it for us, haha - I bet it is magical there then, too!
I am actually planning to :D
