Thank you. You have opened my mind as well as my heart to the many small vibrations all around us. Cant wait to take my first autumn walk with new eyes. It calms this old boars heart. Again, thank you.

Really enjoyed this video. What a beautiful woods to wander! I too say hello to everything as I am out for walks. 😊 I know the shift of season is starting when I get inspired to start of fiber crafts again each year... I was just pondering an autumn witchy cross stitch yesterday. I start wanting more soups and stews, and yes pumpkin pie and bread! My Halloween Tarot Deck and string of silly ghost lights will eventually come out... but I usually wait till the equinox for those. And each year I have to read the first few chapters of little house in the big woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder because it is the most homey nesting cozy thing ever! I'm looking forward to checking out some of your book and movie recommendations ... and I think I need a gnome mug now!😂

I just found your channel today. Your videos have a nice vibe. I'm surprised that you didn't mention the Twilight series. There are books and DVDs. Autumn has always been my favourite time of the year. Blessings from Canada. 🎃

This is definitely my favorite time of the year. My birthday is exactly a week from Halloween and my parents always gave me a Halloween birthday party. Sigh. Nostalgia.

Just found your channel an love it. Love your aesthetic. Girl, I had all of our Autumn stuff out the first weekend of August. LOL It was the start of school here, so that's like the official signal to me that Summer is DONE. I'm loving all the Autumn content people are putting out now.

I loved Puff Ball fungus in our forest in Canada, would step on them on our farm and green puffs came out.

I loved the bits you got,I don’t have a tk maxx near me which is always annoying this time of year . Autumn is my favourite season and after the rubbish summer weather wise September arrives and a heatwave .. typical U.K. weather lol

Awwww ❤ I love your videos, I used to watch your old ones and you gave great dread advice 😊 I'm so happy someone else watches good witch too, I laughed so much when you said you watched it. I really appreciate the recommendations for books and stuff to watch, you're so into the same stuff as me so I'll look forward to the reads 🍂🎃🍁👻

Love this vid, thank you for sharing! Exploring and foraging in your local area is amazing, me and milo the beagle have so many good times doing this, he sniffs (in the beagle way) while i connect with the land, watch the turn of the seasons and forage! Autumn is a bit meh for me, spring is more my vibe. The first snowdrops that appear in my woods and nature reserve fill me with so much joy! And the summer solstice is the highlight of the whole year for me. I appreciate all of the seasons, they all have their own beauty, but autumn and winter i tolerate rather than enjoy. I am not your stereotypical pagan witch at all, am I? 🙈🤣❤

Very much enjoying your videos and your demeanor as you talk about your practice, etc., well-read, not ideological, kind, open-minded and -hearted. The mushrooms growing out of the tree in big bunches may be edible, but you'd definitely need to be checked in a reputable field guide for your area. (When I lived in England I didn't collect mushrooms then, so don't know the species there.) Your forest is very much like... well... New England.

Great video, just to let you know Sainsbury's do tinned pumpkin in their American section and they also do pumpkin spice cake in their bakery section! Not much I know, but it's so much better than it was even 5 years ago. ♥

I'm a mug girl and I love those mugs -- a gnome😻... that forest is amazing! what a place to go and just leave the world behind😊... so agree, I read "Something Wicked This way Comes" for gr.10 English loved it -- I found it so crazy and dark but loved it😀 yes, Monster House was not the ending I was expecting at all, nor was it the movie that i would have expected. It had a lot of little things in it that made you think about how people react to others and how emotions can be placed on "very interesting items" Thank you for sharing and enjoy the start of fall

Just discovered your channel, and I love it! I have been learning about herbs for 15 years now, and just got into mushrooms.. Those red caps you found are most likely Amanita Muscaria! The Super Mario/Alice in Wonderland mushroom. I have actually gone foraging for them recently, and they have such amazing energy. You don't just eat them, but there are many folk traditions that talk about how to use it properly as an entheogen. Amanita Dreamer here on TH-cam is an excellent resource if you want to learn more.

Beautiful video! Nettle update: I’m just learning about foraging this year and in a recent one of your videos I commented that we had nettle in New York on spring but not anymore. It turns out we do still have it. It just looks so different than it did in the spring, I didn’t recognize it! I waded through some the other day and didn’t realize what it was until a few minutes later when I felt a burning sensation 😅

Mushrooms are awesome and magical. I believe that the mushrooms on the log are conks and if you cut it off turn it upside down you can write on it with you fingernail. I am from USA so not sure if they are the same.. I write runes on them.

Beautiful video, really got me in the autumn mood. Agreeing that it’s hard to find pumpkin spice flavoured stuff (or even tinned pumpkin!) here in the UK, which is a pain. I make my own pumpkin pie spice to add to drinks and baking.
3tbsp cinnamon (I use the sweet one)
    2tsp ground ginger
2tsp nutmeg (fresh ground if possible)
1 and a half tsp allspice
1 and a half tsp ground cloves.
Love the media recommendations - one of my autumnal favourites is Scooby Doo and The Boo Brothers. Ridiculous animated caper. Greetings from the East of England. 💚

Ah! I'm so sorry you don't have pumpkin spice things all over the place! 🎃 My mom used to make pumpkin and chocolate chip muffins that I adored. I remember reading somewhere that during the colonial era, pumpkins were considered peasant food (haha) by the British, but it became a staple for the colonists because it was easy to grow and would store through the winter. (Someone please correct me if that's wrong). I wonder if those attitudes and actions have influenced the difference in popularity even now. 😮🤔

If you want a good scary movie about ghosts and NO blood and gore check out the black and white movie from 1963 The Haunting. We watch it every October. Make sure it is the 1963 one directed by Robert Wise because the remake is awful.
