Nick Kwas gives us an overview of the Korg Minilogue XD Module at Kraft Music.
Korg Minilogue XD Module is the desktop/tabletop module version of Minilogue XD, Korg's four-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer with a customizable digital multi-engine and built-in stereo digital effects. The desktop module is equipped with the same control panel as the keyboard version, not only making it a great choice as a sound module to use with your sequencer, keyboard controller or DAW but also providing excellent performability, giving you an easy way to include an analog polyphonic synth in your setup. It's also equipped with a poly-chain function that lets you connect it with another Minilogue XD or Minilogue XD Module so that the two units can operate as a polysynth with a total of up to eight voices. Add the sounds of Minilogue XD to your setup!
Get more for your money with an exclusive Korg Minilogue XD Module synthesizer bundle from Kraft Music. Got this 1 month after getting the wavestate, and both combined are turning out to be the best synth duo combination ever.

Always love it when desktop synths can also be rackmounted. Doesn't look like that's the case here. Really cool module.
Had no idea this was coming.

Agreed. I was interested in the standard keyboard edition. When I saw this and it *looked* rackable, I was excited but now it appears to be desktop only. Not a complete killer but I was really looking to start taking things off surfaces and putting them in racks.

The best demo of the XD I have seen.
Nick, what presets are you using? Especially that first one, it is magnificent.

Can you polychain with the Prologue? Or is korg hanging the Prologue out to dry?

What kind of stack module is there used at the poly chain mode (keyboard + module)? Pretty nice...

Can you polychain more than two together?

From Korg website MXD product page: "It's also equipped with a poly-chain function that lets you connect it with another minilogue xd or minilogue xd module so that the two units can operate as a polysynth with a total of up to eight voices in your studio or on stage."

Should have been 19" rack compatible. This looks not much different to the DIY hacks people did on the Minilogue to turn it into a desktop module.. a bit lazy Korg. Thumbs up for polychain though
