My friend just showed me Russian Railroads week ago. And I cannot stop thinking about it. We played few times and I think this will be one of my favourite games.

I picked up my copy last year at Essen. It had the German rules, but everything else is language independent, so with my ok knowledge of German and an online English rulebook, we managed quite well in our group. To my shame we hadn’t gotten around to playing Asian Railroads (did the other three several times). With Ryan’s praise, I’m scheduling Asian for one of my next game sessions.

Get the laser OX Insert, totally worth it, even though it takes several hours to build.

@@meeple I notice that they are 2 (difrent) locomotives no10, thats new, but rulebook doesnt say if I have to play with both of them always and if I can choose between them after 9 is empty...?

Do you recommend to play with Asia RR right on the first playthrough? Or it will be too hard to understand everything? Thank you!

I think playing Russian Railroads first is best because that’s how the rulebook will teach you
