    1 - Chicago. I just made 63 yrs old. I go to the gym with my 34 yr old son & 24 yr old daughter & do what I can. I try to stay active by walking too. Recently my lower back pain has been triggered & muscle pull/pain in the area of my left shoulder blade. All I did was lift my arms to put hair cream in my hair & it happened. 😢. I found your channel & first did your video from a year ago on “The Best Standing Stretches | 5 Minutes | Exercises for Seniors. I will be trying your exercises whenever I don’t go to the gym & maybe even before I go. Thank you for sharing your expertise!❤

    1 hunter valley nsw aust. Best explained exercises I have found. One shoulder is irreparable, and the other one has snapped long arm of bicep off. Also, hip soreness.thanks for making these available.

    2 - enjoyed doing the exercises. my left shoulder pains after a fall but i managed to the exercises. your exercises really help me calm down and they give me more confidence. thanks a lot!

    Hi, I’m Jacqueline, 68 and based in the uk. I’ve been told I have a strain to my right rotator cuff and the doctor has given me 3 exercises to do fo 3 weeks. I’ve noticed that the pain is not only in my shoulder joint but has spread down into the muscles of my upper arm. How soon do u think I would b able to do your shoulder exercises. Thanks

    I'm 71 an been with you for a while an I'm from North Carolina my name is Shelia I be71 March 23 an have osteoporosis the bowing kind in the knees but I work with your health exercises
