Questions and Answers with Thich Nhat Hanh on 12 July 2011 Why do I sometimes cry for no reason? Help us caption & translate this video! amara.org/v/FUOr/
When I play my Sitar sometimes the joy of playing is overwhelming I play sitar for my ancestors Much tears now I know why Thank you for the question so we can all learn why we cry ....... Such a pleasure to serve our family Yes😊 So much love to all 🙏🌏❤ To my Teacher always love and Giving thanks 🙏💐 ❤
Dear everyone, this dear man teaches nothing but pure wisdom. If the world were only to listen to and follow his holy teachings, I can only imagine the joy that would be felt around the world. I am so fortunate to hear his teachings. Love, peace and enlightenment to all.
We are conditioned not cry by our parents who were conditioned by their parents in the same way, and thus it is handed down the generations. Crying is part of the human condition to process the difficulty of being human. Crying allows us to let the energies generated to pass through our body.
This is a sweet and deep teaching. Most of us don't know yet how to control our feelings, but it is not even necessary. When we feel something that is bothering us, such as sadness, sorrow, anger, regret we must acknowledge it and then be kind, be gentle with ourselves. The emotion will pass as it had thousands of times before on out daily lives, but this time we are being conscient and 'smilling' to the negative emotion. It may be very difficult at first, as it is for me as I write this, but I'm confident that if we practice this approach of acknowledgement and embrace of our emotions, thoughts, perceptions, we will love ourselves more and more, therefore we will be more and more equiped to deal with the random tribulations of life. Thank you Thay.
I wish I could ask him why I cry for no reason EVERYDAY. I Literally cry at night for no reason. I can have a good day yet cry myself to sleep for no reason.
@@Deikoka you know now i feel that crying without a reason should be normalise too. Yeah no issues happy that you are at a better place. And kept fighting. And still doing it. 🌹🌹💐🧿💐💐🧿💐🧿
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Dear Thay for your deep wisdom sharing with me. I understand the process you are talking about, because I have practiced it in my life process of reintegration. Evangelina Cortes.

I met two different people just recently saying that all the sorrow and sadness can be transmitted generation to generation, and then I find this video very randomly. This is definitely a call. Thay is changing my life everyday 🧎♂️

Yes you are right,
