Not a bad job with the resources he's got. Could have made a broader frame frame to extend out the back wheels more to counter the differential ascpect but nevertheless a good solid build. The idea of the separate frame for the engine block is good but could be very bumpy and detrimental in a real offroad scenario with those small struts. Overall an awsome work.

نعم وانا قد شفت اب كذا عنده ورشه منزليه يصنع لعياله الصغار ويعملهم كيف يشتغلون وبكذا يعلمهم كيف يصنعو الي يتمنوه ما يشترون من برا وهذا الفكر يولد لك جيل يصنع ويفكر ويبتكر حلول مو بس مستهلك لو خلصت فلوسه او خسر وظيفته انتهت حياته
Buenisimo,,materiales simples ,, eso si limitado para mi gusto pues soy mas de todo terreno y aunque el coche esta perfecto para mi estilo le falta elasticidad pues con los trapecios delanteros queda limitado a un uso y como he dicho mi gusto es extremo ,,pero es mi gusto ,, el coche esta perfecto para ser tan simple ,, saludos a todos espero ver mas de estos trabajos simples pero muy compuestos ,,
Good project with some tweeks it could be even better. Even with basic tools makes building an inspiration to others brilliant

probably because his welding technique will make those welds fail because he isnt using continuous welding hes tac welding the whole thing... welds like these fail because they dont penetrate the joints correctly
That's the quickest welding that I've ever seen lol I'd love a go kart like that I'd take it on my fleed great video look forward to seeing what your next project is going to be

Awesome job!! I don’t know how to weld or make things but if I could do what you do I would add shocks and suspension in the back that way you can jump it and take it off road

well there are some crucial parts missing to have a very good driving experience. but dont get me wrong its still amazing but the frame is propably quite under stress and there is no differential (as far as i can see) which takes out much of the complexity...
Would still be amazing to drive it though...
I love this build and I want to do something similar. Do you know the specifications of the motor that your using and the weight of the kart by chance?
Its w16 quad lite and the engine is 5400kg

Man you should've made the rear suspension separate damn you know what there are so many design flaws but A+ on creativity keep rocking
Not only design, he literally welds on top of this black thing that you have to remove (don't know the name). His welding connections may fall apart in any moment, they are highly unstable

Nice project, but I have a question. Won’t the car’s throttle immediately open when you go on a bump due to the rear chassis tugging on the cable? How did you counteract this problem?

Великолепное видео про то, как делать нельзя, хотя оно и двигается. Редуктор закрепили за дыру в тонкой боковине 😁, хоть бы проставку сделал с пластинами. Зачем сиденья железом обварил, для веса? 🤣 Шестерни, тормоз и колеса держатся на слабых восьмых болтах, вернее жрут их резьбу 😂. Из этого материала можно было бы построить действительно более-менее нормальный агрегатик 👆. А передняя поперечина на уровне глаз это просто шедевр 👍👋🔥. Да еще и фары он закрепил в самых уязвимых местах! 🤪. Да ему премию Дарвина надо дать! 🎖️💯
