Sorry for the delay. The boards are just regular 2x4 no reason to use treated wood. It will be wet but easy to replace later if needed. Actually, I use my utility trailer now so the cart doesn't go in the water anymore. Still use it for loading and storing and it works great.
I don't have a list or plans but in the video I go over the pieces. The cart is a suspenz kayak cart. I got it from the person I purchased the boat from
It takes a little bit of work but not that hard. Basically, I just put the cart behind the truck, secure it with the boards, and pull the boat off the truck bed onto the cart.
Nice job
Thanks!
Awesome!!
Could I get a pic of under side of trailer to see how it is
Thx! Copy/pasted one. Works very well
Nice job Brother
Thank you
Very good you can do it
Thank you
EXCELLENT VIDEO!! That is a quality built cart. What size are you using for the bunk or the carpeted boards and is it treated wood?

Looks good! Do you have a list of parts so I can build for myself?

How much does the trolling motor weigh??😊
Nice job and great video- thanks for posting
Scott, can you list the plans on how to build the cart? and the parts needed?

Nice job, How did you take the boat out? Seems like it would be really hard to get the cart up that bank w the boat on it… tnx

Where did you get wheels from boss ??
Great video. I'll have to build one too for my pond prowler.
Is that a frame from a suspenz kayak cart?
Yes, I got it with the boat for another 25 dollars. You could build one out of PVC for a lot less than what they charge for the cart.
can you tell me what the distance from the front of the 2X4 counter balance board that you drilled your holes in to place your bolt pins through
I have since upgraded to a trailer (video soon). I think it was about 3 feet.
