That daughter is a massive C and deserves to lose custody.

#2. the number of brain dead mommies who snuffle after these jail baits is astounding and disheartening. and sometimes the only reason for someone's existence is to serve as an object lesson for others. but I have seen so many of these beyond stupid girls.

Well said. And if the father doesn't get custody, social services will not only strip OP's daughter of her parental rights, they'll also place those poor kids with loving, and stable adoptive parents.⚠️

@@Kris-wo4pjI think OP's STBX-wife will get full custody, but karma will catch up to her, before too long; when OP's kids gravitate towards boyfriends, who are bums, just like his STBX-wife is, get pregnant, marry the deadbeats, and quit high school, she, OP's MIL, SIL, and her husband will have to get used to being the scapegoats/free babysitters/housekeepers/chauffeurs/money maids. Not only that, OP's SIL and her husband will also have to get used to sharing their house with the loser boyfriends, and their kids will have to give up their rooms, so that, OPs kids can each have a nursery. The STBX-wife, her mother, sister, and BIL will have to get used to doing more of the same, if OP's kids have more little ones, at 18, and 19.⚠️

Story 2: The "daughter" is in for a rude awakening. A BRUTAL rude awakening.
Just wait, when the dude's true colors come to light, she will be crying to mommy and grandmama bear will say, "No, you chose this monster over your own family. We tried to warn you several times that he was manipulating you but you didn’t listen, and now that you see who he really is, you want to cry to me now? No. Your kids will be going to ex-fiance and I will make sure you will never see them. You are unfit to be a mother and you need help. I will help you get the aid you needed but after that, you are on your own. You lost the right to be my daughter after disrespected me, accused of me narcissistic, and even hurt me when you brought up your father. I'm sorry but you have no right to call me your mother when you cut me off. Consider this our last conversation because after this, you are no longer my daughter."

Story #2 - PPD can completely change someone's personality, but it doesn't turn them into an idiot. While it may be a component to her behavior right now, it's not the totality of the situation. It's not just her perception and attitude that have changed, but her capacity for rational judgement.
Obviously a guy in prison who has nothing to do all day can focus exclusively on her, plan everything he wants to say to her... the guy is probably very charming, he has the luxury of knowing what their every encounter will be like and the ability to prepare for it in the greatest detail. If she can't see through that, then she is an unfit mother.
The good news is the guy is likely never getting out of prison. The possibility of parole does not mean that parole is assured by any means. The fact that he violated a protective order while committing the crime works against him even more than the murder. It establishes that he has no respect for the authority of the courts, so a parole board will see that and assume that any contingencies or restrictions placed on his release will be ignored, which means he's never getting out. It's not even about the magnitude of his crimes, but rather the pattern of behavior that led to them.
If I was in OP's situation, I'd type up a letter to the guy in prison, with a half a gram of loose cocaine in the bottom of the envelope, and drop it in the mail as if it was from her daughter. The prison will catch that quickly. They will have no way to prove it was the daughter that actually sent it, but she will be removed from the visitation list as a precaution and the kid's father will have the upper hand in a custody dispute. Yeah, it's a slimy tactic, but desperate times...

My heart hurts M's (OP) grandson, and baby #2; when D (OP's daughter) gets thrown in prison for child endangerment, and social services takes the kids away from D, M's grandson will be bounced from one foster family to another, while baby #2 is placed with a stable adoptive couple, the moment, OP's daughter gives birth, next, after aging out of the foster care system, the grandson will stay with a girl whose mother is also a dumpster fire, have a kid with her, and care for their kid with the help of roommates, while getting his GED certificate (after his baby mama self-deletes), then, move with his kid to another state to keep her away from his egg donor (OP's daughter), find a cheaper apartment in a safe neighborhood, work two jobs to provide for his one-parent household, rely on neighbors as his support system, because he won't have his dad, OP, or other reliable relatives in his new state to help out; the only family the grandson and his kid will have is each other, and to avoid making the same ₱*&§-poor choices OP's daughter is making, OP's grandson will need to steer clear of potential new partners, be super-vigilant with whom he lets get close, and whom he trusts, concentrate on raising his kid, and creating a stable home environment for her, as a good single parent.⚠️

Okay the daughter who left her fiancé for the criminal which reminds me of a story that happened here. A single mother of 4 or 5 kids fell in love with a criminal who brutally murdered his first wife and asked her father a pastor to speak for him at a parole hearing. He did and helped her boyfriend got released. They got married and a few years later he tied her up took her to the basement. Then one by one shot all of her children in front of her before shooting her. All of her children died but she survived. Now, she has to live the rest of her life knowing she was the one that brought a dangerous murderer around her innocent children and lost every one of them because of it.
