Look into a freeze dryer. It even preserves raw or cooked meat for a few decades. All you'd have to do is reconstitute with water or broth. You could cook a pot of chili and freeze dry it, measure it, pack it in a Mason jar, maybe you could fit a few more chili meals in there. When you are ready, hopefully you've labelled it with how to measure it back out, reconstitute with water or tomatoe sauce/ juice and boom, supper. Check out freeze dryers. The only scary thing about it is if you didn't label raw meat or raw powdered egg. Always label. Cuz you will absolutely forget.

I made this and IT WAS SO GOOD!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME A GENOISE WORKS PRETTY WELL FOR ME! Thank you very much it was super delicious and my family really loved it like a lot💙🖤❤️🧡! I tripled the quantity because family is big though

I had the same issue too. My butter was melted completely and not too hot either. I mixed it like she did and ended up with awful flat cake that didn’t rise. 😭

Finally tried making this today! Tastes great 🥰 I didn't have yogurt so I only used whipped cream, and obviously that tastes fine also. I was worried that the sponge cake would be too dry (cuz it felt like it was drying out very fast after I cut it), but with the sugar water + whipped cream, it ended up being fine. Would totally make it again! I'd been craving strawberry shortcake for so long now and I am finally satisfied~ 😎
@@seokisoIk this is a super late reply but absolutely u can use whipped cream. I suggest using the one that comes in a tub/bucket not the spray can ofc. Most American strawberry shortcakes use whipped cream it is very good and a great substitute for this TH-camrs choice!

I baked this today for my sister's birthday it's my first time baking a cake at first I failed due to the size of the cake mold ( I used a large one) but then I did it in a shorter one and it turned out great! But it does seem to stick to the mold but overall it came pretty good :)) arigato~

I did it twice, the first time it didn't ripen at all and it didn't swell despite the long time, so I threw it away, but now I don't know why it didn't swell, I followed all the steps
I am extremely bad at cooking but my mom takes interest in it, I help her out sometimes but I usually mess it up even more. It looks so calming on the television but in real life it’s very stressful.
Certainly very delicious but I had many problems with the cake. No matter how much I mixed my eggs and sugar, it wouldn't firm like it did in the video. I think that's what caused my cake to be dense and not rise as much. Again, still yummy especially since I used freshly picked strawberries (as in I picked them myself about 2 hours before making the cake) but not the prettiest.
I have honestly never even heard of freeze dried strawberry powder! Beautiful dessert and amazing execution. Delightful to watch!
