You will also find versions of etudes and solos prepared by some of my past mentors and teachers. These editions of Ferling, Glazunov and Bach are wonderful for instilling basic musical instincts in the younger saxophonist. Yes! It is the Adagio and Samba (Introduction and Samba) by Maurice Whitney - available for rental through Bourne. There is also a simplified solo part that is available with piano that does not include all of the altissimo that was written for Rascher. There is a recording of Sinta playing the simplified version with band and there is also a recording of my colleague Diane Hunger playing the original solo part with the piano reduction.
