In case you didn't realize they just shredded different very famous metal riffs (Dio, Judas Priest, Mötley Crüe etc.) at the beginning and had sort of a rock battle between the quitarists. The actual song starts at 2:39.
I liked it it was a great set, was just wanting to check out a normal album song that would be balanced signing and instrumental. I always enjoy a good jam fest so nothing wrong on this song.

Man, Rest In Power to Alexi Laiho taken at the age of 41 years old. Such a loss to metal. I would definitely recommend Trashed Lost and Strungout, Angels Don't Kill, Smile Pretty For The Devil and Everytime I Die. Alexi had a way of speaking through the melodies he wrote, his singing and his guitar playing that just isn't replicated by any other band or performer that I can think of.
You've gotta give their song Trashed, Lost and Strungout a listen - the official music video. That'll give you more of a grasp on their music - they're incredibly talented! If you want an awesome live song, try Hatecrew Deathroll live at Stockholm...
