I still wish there was a set of races where the PP was the only limiting factor - bring what you want, whether that’s a road car, VGT, Gr1, Gr3 etc and you can bring whatever you’d like
That would be cool. Although someone will always find a way to put a detuned Tomohawk in and define the meta.
Just race in public lobbies, plenty of races by pp limit. Generally, ppl there are wanting to race clean and though you might get bumped due to the varied skills, for the most part it's just from a lack of experience and not intentional. Honestly, it's some really good groups out there, especially the 700pp races, seems to be a sweet spot.

You will hate it. Because the PP system is not accurate which means there will be only one car worth bringing indeed the meta. Even with other factors like HP limit or tuning limit there will always be a meta.
The PP system is flawed for a few reasons, but I think the main one is that it is influenced by A.I. performance. As in the A.I.'s ability to drive certain cars. That's all I'll say for now.
Everyone would use a VGT or Tomahawk

@@mariomalandrino435 I can't seem to get to B because I always back out, before I hit someone and then loose the place to someone who just pushes me off.
But I rather keep my "S" and stay in C, than be a dirty driver.
So predictable; A+ rated You Tuber saying “ this is great stuff,” but for 90% of the rest of us, races with road cars are a sloppy mess. This is just a glorified Daily race A - but people are racing it just for the big payout.

this round of dailys was my first attempt to try all three of them, and I must say, it's refreshing to have opponents that are as good as (or in most cases, better) than I am.
I'm by no means a top-tier driver, though. I did see some dirty racing, though. And my lack of a good internet connection meant I also saw some lag. But, this particular race was great fun!
Lack of good Internet connection is the reason I can't play sport or have fun in crowded lobbies period. But to be fair I think the GT7 serves are less stable than sports. GT Sport online stability was impeccable, truly a boon I took for granted in the previous game.

The tuned production cars always produce some close and interesting racing. Also good to watch how the racing evolves during the week as people learn to take advantage of the other available cars attributes. 👍🏼👍🏼

Don't play it like a game, play it like a driving sim. In VR I just tune my cars and race in 700pp - 800pp classes, it's incredibly fun.
U are the only one that likes 0 traction in a race..its pathetic..not even full lobbys
