Hey Leo, you are amazingggg! I have a personal trainer and showed her your videos, she was amazed by your endless variations! We’ve been trying some variations from your videos..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Not easy for me atleast!!! But I try! I’m based near Mumbai (India) and wanted to know if you’ve ever been here? If you do I’d be the first person to join!
Even at reduced speed, I struggle to just get the moves right...in particular the one where Leo swings his body- twists his torso and kicks out one leg near the ground while in a frog pose (one arm support, torso leaning forward) So, I kept rewinding & pausing to see how he was positioned through the moves, transitions & peak part of the moves. I lack the dynamic strength. But I did what I could & got my heart racing!! 😅 The 1st or 2nd moves were the hardest for me. The latter moves seem to be simpler & more do-able for a complete beginner.
I am genuinely curious. How much time, if any, do you spend lifting weights? Or is the type of bodyweight calisthenics in this video your primary source of strength/muscle mass?
