@@Mad.Man.Marine for a team that added a push start and a turbo kit that actually works and gave the go cart more power sure seems like they don't know what they're doing right ? Guy still had to crank start this cart every time .
Locutz M ok. I redact my last comment. I hadn't watch any of there stuff for like a year and a half. They have stepped up there game a lot. I will be watching more of there stuff.
Awesome project, unfortunately after 15years of welding pipe I wouldn't rather be welding lol. This has inspired me to build one for my kids. Awseome job dude. Keep at it.
I've built several custom karts myself. The chassis and especially the tire size on this kart will support MUCH more powerful engines. That engine will be totally underpowered. How 'bout a 250cc or even bigger MX two stroke for the future?
I think it would be pretty easy to copy that design with a tubing bender and a saw, just from memory. Just make it one of a kind, to fit you. Then jump up and down on it to get your cg nice and low... Then finish welding lol.
I got a lazor racing go kart chassis I'm wanting to put a CR 250 on it. Just course what size of cain did u drop down to from the stock chain & gear? Thinking about put the clutch on the steering wheel
A Tre its you opinion i like the rat rod wagon from car and camera i think it look cool and maybe its not the fastest go kart on heart but it look awesome for me and maybe the 670 dragster is slow and I am agree with you for that but the go kart with the 670 is very fast and the engine is stock and go at 40 mph very fast this engine on a go kart with a good gear can easy go to 80 mph no problem imagine with mod
nathan harland do you think his weld is going to resist to long with all vibrations during the use? Especially the pedals that has so tiny welding? But it's a good entertaining video 👍🏻
Hey man I building one like you did but I'm using a kx85 engine but i can't find a sprocket for the axle anywhere on the internet so I was wondering if you could tell me where you got yours please man, that sprocket is the only thing that's keeping me from finishing mine
Do you weld with flux core wire im looking to build a mini buggy with full independent suspension and that all I have and wasn't sure if it would be strong enough. Also do you know where I could look for a 600cc engine or larger for a decent price
N1ck0145 Garage I just went through this. Don't look for just the engine. Finding a complete bike will be cheaper. I just bought a 636 kawi for $1000. It has damage on both side and front end, but I don't need any of that stuff. The engine alone usually goes for$12-1500 on eBay and most of the time it won't come with the wiring harness, intake, exhaust, ECU, etc etc. Crashedtoys.com is a good place to look if you're close to the Minneapolis St Paul or Dallas areas.
Flux core produces weldes that are typically just as strong as other methods, it just requires more work to make it look nice due all the spatter and soot. For that reason people say fluxcore is lower quality but it is definitely strong enough for a buggy frame
Hey bud, when you buy your flux core wire you'll see a number like "E71T" on the box, the 7 means it has a minimum tensile strength of 70ksi, and is the same 7 as used in ER70S in solid wire and E7018 in stick welding electrodes. All the consumables give the same tensile strength providing the welder has done their part.
You're supposed to have the gas pedal by itself on the right side, then the Clutch and Brake on the left side together side by side, just like it would be in a vehicle. Just saying. Lol
Crazy how all these videos say they're gunna leave a link to all the parts they use but every single one of you guys have failed to mention the rear sprocket...like that's probably one of the first things you have to figure out in order for this build to work yet none wants to share how they get the small rear sprocket nonetheless how they make it compatible with the stock 14T front sprocket...
probably the best "go kart build channel". I really like how you get a lot of work done in each video
michael Garber he needs at least only 6 mins. I'm impressed 😂
i dare you to race it you would get spanked whats the weight 375 lbs?
Those pedals look great! Can't wait for the next episode.. :)
Cough cough nicer build than carsandcamers cough cough...
Looks awesome!
their build wasn't meant to be pretty like this one
Locutz M ya. But there stuff is crap. They don't know what there doing in the least.

they don't call themselves professionals, they even pride themselves on the "backyard builder" title.
Awesome project, unfortunately after 15years of welding pipe I wouldn't rather be welding lol. This has inspired me to build one for my kids. Awseome job dude. Keep at it.
Because of that I find your videos very inspiring.
Stop saying We... You are doing all the work... Realy like your videos. Good work!
Fast part 3!!
I love what kind of things you work on. Me and my cousin have been wanting to do something like that for a wile now.
I dig your attention to detail
Really looking forward to this. Bought a 150cc engine with clutch also.

Hope to see part 2 soon 🤓 thanks for the good videos 👍🔧
Badass car i like how you did the three pedals but it would be better if it were like a stick shift
I ‘m waching from the Netherlands!!
Ik ook
Misha Crum
Awesome....
Same
Misha Crum I'm from belgium
penis
I have waiting for this part two.. good job man
Can’t wait to see it running
Pretty fast build bro... Nice job
Nice work!! from Brazil!
You should measure the frame and leave a link so we can print at our house and make our frame just like yours
I think it would be pretty easy to copy that design with a tubing bender and a saw, just from memory. Just make it one of a kind, to fit you. Then jump up and down on it to get your cg nice and low... Then finish welding lol.
Looks so cool best channel
Your talented young man.
Looking forward to part 3. You really should consider lowering engine down so it's more stable
im waiting for the finish build
from philippins . kudos!
Nice job brother!
Awesome work sir... Thank you for making video......
felicitaciones!! me suscribi desde la parte 1, ahora esperando con ansias la 3ra parte, saludos!
lucas leandro sube buenos vídeos este tipo yo quiero que de las medidas para hacer me uno igual
What’s the thickness of your frame tubing???
very nice job
gg from france, very good job
great job! from Canada Montréal
What is the size of go kart tyer
wow..
I think it's a very good idea.
I love drift cars
Just discovered the channel. Amazing stuff
Im watching from Reading P.A just got my first one today
i love your work . keep it up ! :D
Holy crap you are doing a collab with quad ricers
good job man! i want to build it with my son . but he is two years old)))
loving the vids, just bought a gsxr600 engine and box for mine :)
Hi, I want to build a go-kart, but I have a hard time making the plan. Could you tell me which one you used?
keep in mind some time post a video since some time you maybe picking up some first timers! show how to fit the pipe (tubing) to each other....
After this a reverse trike build would be awesome 😀
What the fuck is a reverse trike
thanks from egypt
Short but sweet. Smaller steering wheel would look better and be better for handling I think...
@ratherbwelding, is that all flux core mig? Don't see a bottle anywhere.
Where did you find the plans for the frame? I have two engines to build some crazy with a 250cc and one 550cc twostroke.
So I kinda been thinking about buying a gsxr 1000 and putting it on a kart style tube chassis.
I got a lazor racing go kart chassis I'm wanting to put a CR 250 on it. Just course what size of cain did u drop down to from the stock chain & gear? Thinking about put the clutch on the steering wheel
Where did you happen to buy your steel tubing and what size did you use
nice effort for a parkinglot kart but a production kart would eat that tank up
Are u ganna be collabling with quadricers??
robert danko redbeard said he had something planned
Awsome. Love all them. Great content
What welder do you use in the video man?
I think you should build a rat kart like car and camera with a front engine or a creation with a 670 cc predator
tony 12083 that build was stupid it looks dumb and its slow they should have used a street bike motor. Also, fuck CaC
You’re definitely collaborating with @quad ricers
Dirtbike Adventures just what i thought
I think you need to start a go fund me for a decent gas mig welder
nathan harland do you think his weld is going to resist to long with all vibrations during the use? Especially the pedals that has so tiny welding? But it's a good entertaining video 👍🏻
U did that💯💯
good job :)
what type of welder do you use and what type of welding
outstanding
Great bro
Can u get sting-eye by just watching someone weld?
Hey man I building one like you did but I'm using a kx85 engine but i can't find a sprocket for the axle anywhere on the internet so I was wondering if you could tell me where you got yours please man, that sprocket is the only thing that's keeping me from finishing mine
i make the tie rods you using at my job. we call them K SERIES SIZE 6
What is your front and rear sprocket size
What kinda steering stem did you use
QUAD RICERS
He'll ya another Hobart video
I'm liking the progress I've seen in this video a lot. Where's the radiator going?
Was there a reason why the front tires track wider than the rear tires or is that just the way it came out
Front track should be wider for stability. Makes it safer and easier to slide without crashing.
which welder did you use?
Where did you get those clamps at 0:56?
pretty sure the steering wheel is upside down correct me if i’m wrong
yep I also think the steering wheel is upside down, I may fix it in the next video
It is upside down, but keep it that way because it's much easier to get in and out from the sit.
MarkoMedia brakes wrong too.
Where did you learn to weld?
is the kart for a trex or why is the steering wheel so close to the seat?
EXCELENTE TRABALHO DE QUALIDADE. BRASIL.
Whats your welding setup? Just a 110 v flux core?
What welder are u usimg
Can u please give a dimension chart of the this shifter kart

Look on let go and craiglist for engines, i got a 750 honda engine for 200 bucks and got it running fine with another 100

buen avance del go kart fregon
Are you good from that crash? You hit That van hard (talking about Quad Ricers vid)
are those 8" tie rods?
Where do you buy racing wheels? Please give me a quick answer!!
Go power sports link is in the description
Let me know if you can tell me what the tire is and the wheel is when I go in.
》sodajjang321@gmail.com《
Cool thanks
Wow👌👌
what kind of welder does he use??
If I had the time I’d love to build one. Ever thought of building and selling these?😁
Radiation burns anyone
whats are the length of those tie rods.
perfect
how many degrees tilt angle taxiing fists?
good

The Best good
Good
Is that 1 inch water pipe??
What's the size of the Chasis? Good job bro. Greetings from Colombia!
Weld yourself up some sawhorses and cope your pipe much cleaner
Yea
