Mountains are what make the climate and if you make a 6 km inflatable mountain and put it in the water it will drop the temperature because the humidity will go to the top of the mountain and it will turn into snow which in turn will drop the temperature of the water which also will drop the temperature on the land and if you make enough 6 km inflatable mountains you can remake the Arctic anywhere meaning you can make any temperature that you want because of mountains
