Hot take: The people that tried to take down 'Joker' saw and recognized themselves in the movie or even in its synopsis, either consciously or subconsciously, as the limited few in power oppressing the general masses. They're fearful because they saw the same kind of people they talk down to, step on, and degrade on a daily basis raise up and do something about it and they couldn't handle the idea of repercussions for their actions. Then, they transposed their fears of being over-thrown into sensational stories and grim predictions of violence and those that clamber desperately for that same status and power echoed that propaganda across social media in a feeble attempt to wish their hyperbolic headlines into reality. In my opinion, when the film 'Joker' didn't cause waves of violence and crime, it put even more fear into the hearts of the truly privileged; the ones that tell all of the men and women of all colors, creeds, and backgrounds that their opinions, views, and dreams are wrong unless they bend the knee and beg for forgiveness for being alive. They couldn't predict what would happen and live in fear of the unknown. They looked at a piece of fiction and saw antagonists that reflected themselves and couldn't stand the thought of not controlling the masses.
But for the Oscars, it would just be funny as heck watching people shreek about it winning like spoiled children.

The one woman's fear of Arthur is something I can relate to. The night I saw the Tom Cruise War of the Worlds movie, a similar thing happened. I'm glad that movie got a whole bunch of nominations it deserved it honestly it was hands down one of the best movies we've had all year granted that wasn't a massive competition but still it was a very enjoyable movie I would have liked to see a slight bit more action but overall I thought it was phenomenal and the way they told his story was spot-on the actor was phenomenal I could not ask for a better actor to play that part you can tell there was a lot of time effort and sacrifice and to making the Joker seem as believable and relatable as possible stuff that I bet you that actor practice for that 99% of people didn't even pick up on congratulations to the Joker absolutely phenomenal job for everyone that worked on that movie 2🐽🐽 snorts and a praise be 🙏on top
