Hi Kev. Glad to see that you caught the messed up tile work in the master bath. The other work is looking really good. I can feel the upcoming pain with all the stray dogs there. I will have to plan something to keep them away from our project. You guys should be close to moving in soon. Definitely don't rush it and inspect the home very closely for defects so they can repair everything and then you guys move into that beautiful home. Take care and Blessings upon Blessings for you guys.
Wow, quit the transformation. Looking awesome Kevin and Sella! Was it a different tile guy that did the bathroom that has to be redone? Big difference in the quality of work. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. The foreman did the main bath. We had one of the skilled workers in the master bath. We did this try and speed up the process. That didn't work so well. 🤣🤣🤣
is there a video in the chai that discusses cost of your project? I have watched several videos, but haven't come across that one, thanks. beautiful house by the way.
Thanks. We haven't done a cost video yet. We plan to do one at or near the end of the project. This build should come in somewhere around 12,000,000 php.
@@KevinParent248 No kidding. Now thats a chunk to build in the Philippines. I know things are not cheap anymore as well. Will you stay full time or go back to wherever your from? BTW you have some good subs. Love the tile work.

What are you using for your ceilings? PVC? Humidity is so high there that wood doesnt last long
Any wood that you want to last needs to be hardwood and sealed due to humidity and termites. My ceiling is cement board. Thanks.
Can you share your rough USD price for the completed house? Im thinking 30k
Thanks. Gonna be something just over $200,000 USD plus the land.

Hi I’m a new subscriber. I was curious is there lots of mosquitoes being so close to the rice fields?
