Just got an RSX today and have been going through the maintenance a few times just to get that muscle memory in and I would just like to say that you guys have done a fantastic job making the cleaning process simple.

do you recommend swabbing out the old grease from the regulator chamber?
does that affect how much grease you should still use for the o-rings?

+Mon Lun Yee you can always clean the surfaces to remove older grease and debris build up. The video does show the correct amount of lube for all conditions.

No, this is not a service that needs done each time you play. Normal service interval is around 20 cases or so, simply clean and lube.

You likely did not transfer the bolt stop. If you watch the installation video on our TH-cam channel you should be able to correct your mistake and get it working again.

Here is a link to the install video - pay special attention to swapping the bolt stop from the old blue can over to the new gold can th-cam.com/video/ui77zt1Mpn8/w-d-xo.html

I'm having trouble taking out the piston with the o-ring pick I'm not exactly sure where the pick would latch onto i feel like I'm just scratching the inner surface any tips?

There are two very small holes in the base of the piston. Using the tip of a dental pick you can draw the piston out from those holes.

+Shocker Paintball is there a specific angle on your o ring pick? I have a set that has a 45 degree pick but theres no way I can reach those small wholes with it. I also have a straight and 90 degree dental pick, the only one that fits is the straight but it has no leverage to pull the piston.
