  • Hey, learners!
In this lesson, we will learn how to use BEING in English grammar.
    Contents:-
    1. How to use BEING in English?
    2. Different usages of BEING in English.
    3. BEING as a main verb in a sentence.
    4. BEING as a helping verb in a sentence.
    5. BEING as a gerund in a sentence.
    6. BEING as a participle clause
    And many more things!
    Summary:
BEING is the present participle of the verb "TO BE".
    1. It is used as a main verb in present continuous tense and past continuous tense.
    • You are being smart.
(refers to the state of being or existence the subject is in)
    • I am being funny.
    BEING in a conversation!
A: Hey, I want to say sorry for I did to you in the past. I will return your money now.
B: What?! Are you being serious right now?
A: Yeah, buddy. I am being serious and honest right now.
Note: Do not use feelings or emotions after BEING.
    • I am being happy.
    • He is being sad/emotional.
( You don't deliberately get into a state of a feeling/ emotion. You can't just turn it on and off; a feeling or emotion is a consequence. )
    2. It is used as a helping verb in present continuous and past continuous tense in passive voice.
    Active voice:-
    • Our NGO is feeding the poor.
    • I was teaching some students yesterday.
    Passive voice:-
    • The poor is being fed (by our NGO).
    • Some students were being taught yesterday (by me).
    3. As a gerund in a sentence.
A: Hey, do you hate being a teacher? A couple of my friends are teachers, and they always complain about the money teaching gets them.
B: No, I love it. Being a teacher allows you change lives. The financial perks of being a teacher is less though. But I'm not doing it for the money.
    A: Good to know that!
    4. In participle clauses
Check out our lesson on participle clauses in case you don't know what they are!
    • Being scared of dogs, I don't bring a dog to my house.
( "Being scared of dogs" is the participle clause that modifies the main clause - I don't bring a dog to my house. )
    Alternatives:-
Because I am scared of dogs, I don't bring a dog to my house.
Since I am scared of dogs, I don't bring a dog to my house.
    • Monu, being a passionate blogger, writes a lot about digital marketing.
    Alternative:-
    • Monu, who is a passionately blogger, writes a lot about digital marketing.
    • Being the most junior member of the team, I have to listen to everybody.
As a teacher, I need to correct my students, but some people don't like it when you correct them.
Being a teacher, I need to correct my students, but some people don't like being corrected.
    5. Being means "a life" or "existence" and can be used as a word.
    Every being deserves to live.

The Being. 1.The learning of not only what is to be learned but also the environment. 2.The Peak if achieved that peaked being. 3. The totality of the Being, not actuality about maturity because it has many variety in meaning and can't be measured in time, it's the awareness and knowingness and consciousness which constitute the Being of whatever time period of life or existence. Forcing? If it's fake the result will be fake and in time signature you shall be registered as fakes if fake and everything you do are nullified like in gathering members or bullying or suppressing. And in reality because the Creator of Everything is real, what shall be started copy pasted to what's real in each and everyone.

WOULD has multiple usages in English.
From your sentences, you seem to be using it in future. But remember, it only shows imaginary situations.
      • She would come to my house tomorrow. ( Not sure if she really would )
      • We would be doing something on our own in future. ( Not sure, hypothetically speaking )

    • @EnglishWithAshish

It's how it's used; it's not in the structure.
Being a teacher is a responsibility. (Subject)
Being a teacher, I have to do it the right way. (Adjective)
They both look the same but are functioning differently in the sentences.
