    "The best fighter is never angry." - Lao Tzu
    Explanation: Lao Tzu, a central figure in Taoism, emphasizes the power of emotional control and inner peace in this statement. It is a reminder that giving in to anger, impatience, or impulsivity can undermine our abilities, lead to mistakes, and cause unnecessary conflict. The quote encourages us to approach situations, even combative ones, with calmness and collectedness. Furthermore, the "best fighter" does not necessarily mean a physical warrior but could represent anyone facing a challenge, obstacle, or struggle. The underlying message is that wisdom and strength come from the ability to manage emotions, remaining rational and calm in the face of adversity.

    This was the meditation l was looking for this week. The whole experience was freeing, calming, absorbing… I loved the ‘best fighter is never angry’ quote for the day.
    A great emotion to tap into and dig deep as to why it is rising. Past experiences in my experience are where it lives within. It’s time to take a moment and move away from that trauma or belief.. thank you for the reflection! Enjoy your day 🙏

    So peaceful I was on a beach having a conversation with my best friend (died 3 yrs ago) I could feel the wind on my skin

    Finished this meditation a few minutes ago. I came out of it feeling so light. I stretched my legs out and felt like a boat floating on tranquil waters. Ran my handoand overver my legs, my arms, my chest. Totally aware of my body. The smoothness and the stubble. It was as if I was bathing in the tranquility of everything . WOW. Thank you Raphael❤

    Firstly, thank you for all the work you do. I normally love all the tones, but this one is the first that did not work for me. Made me anxious and gave me heart palpitations so much so that I had to stop. Both the sound of the water and the bowls I found disrupting my energy.

    I tried… I know you say the sound doesn’t matter. However, I could not handle the banging on the singing bowl. It made me anxious and want to rip my ear buds out! I like singing bowls. I simply couldn’t do this one. Loved the sound of the rain.
    Thank you Raphael for all you do. Any possibility of making a new “color” noise? I sleep to the brown noise every single night. I love it!
