Take the Kraken pedal, plugged into the Kraken preamp, plugged into the Super Kraken. Detune your guitar so low the strings drag the river Styx and strike your fattest chord. This is how the beast is summoned.
I have bought mine almost two months ago and I can say that it is the best distortion pedal ever and I am more than happy to have included it in my gear. My Marshall JMD 1 roars with a lot of rage now! Thank you very much Victory Amplifiers and Thorpe! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I’m not entirely sure what the problem was, but one day it just stopped passing any signal, so I brought it to an amp repair place in Savage, MN. The guy had it for like 9 months, got it working again for about two weeks and then it happened again. It’s now at a place in St. Paul, MN and has been for 3 months. I have yet to hear any updates on it. I do miss it dearly, though.
@@Drewmedin 9 months ? That is way too long…did you contact victory at some point? What was their response? Do any one know if they give out their schematic’s to techs?
@@dddd717 I did reach out to Victory after it stopped working the second time. They never responded. I then went through their list of repair places in the US. I reached out to the closest one to me (it was several states away) and never got a response from them either. At this point, I’m kind of just thinking of it as a $600 loss and getting over it, but I would love to have it back and running again, as it was my favorite distortion I’ve ever had.
All of the playing clips have the V1 pedal in the front of the Amp Nick is using, some clips are into the Super Kraken Channel 1, some clips are into the V4 Jack preamp and then into Two Notes Remote.
sounds great but it is too expensive I just looked it up it was $250.00 CAD plus tax were up over 3hundo for an analog transistor distortion pedal? for 300 bucks I would want something with a high-voltage tube or something to justify the high price tag. awesome video though! very helpful, us poor people can always keep our eyes peeled for a used one.
@@marco_82 It really isn't that difficult to read what i said, plus unlike the V4 series of PREAMPS and AMPS, these V1 don' advertise themselves as such, they are Overdrives and Distortions. Happy?

Just got mine, it’s a beast, great work Victory and Thorpy 🤟🏽
Great to hear! Glad you like the pedal!
I hope mine will ship soon! Waiting impatiently in Canada. Been wanting this tone since I first heard it, and finally it's within my budget.
Ohhhhhh shit!!!! Finally! When they will be available?
I got mine I like it so much sound so good. Straight Out of the box plug it,I I fell in love with it. 👍
I love this guy's playing and explanations. I wonder if he was using virtual cabs
Yes he is using Torpedo Remote as indicated in the comments below
Which Bariton Guitar do you use? Sounds great!
My v4 has been out of commission for way too long. This may finally be a good reliable backup.
What happened to it?
My v4 version 1 (no red eye) is still rocking strong, have had it over a year and try to use it daily

Would this pedal work well going straight into a power amp or do you still recommend using a preamp with it?
Is this compatible on effects loop?
Two thumbs up. Just sayin
Does the pedal have any built-in noise gate? I used to have the amp and channel 2 was really annoying because of the feedback, almost useless
I have it and how is it useless?
Really good distortion, but I am in a market for a nosie gate, true.
I wonder if this pedal also has the possibility to put some chest hair on us.

Where’d you see it for $250 CAD? I’m in Canada and all I see is $299 and up….inflation? Or am I just not looking in the right spot….🤔
Price on these ??
Is this a pedal amp? A simple overdrive? A preamp? Sorry, not really clear to me
It's a dirt pedal based on the sound of the original amp.
