Hulk has always been stronger than Surfer, it’s just that SS has mad hax and his energy manipulation/absorption is capable of draining Hulk back to Banner before he could slap SS.
Strenght wise Hulk is stronger and has better regeneration, but SS outclasses him in everything else

Draining the energy out of hulk is just a "weakness" of hulk to certain plots. I mean it's so fucking obvious. He has unlimited physical power, that come from his gamma radiation. He has handled the energy of TWO universes!!. The Beyonder stated his unlimited power!. In planet hulk he fed the spikes with his own gamma energy till revert to banner and instantly turned back into hulk. The WBH COOPERATED with Tony to revert to Bruce using the laser of that satellite.

Well, if silver surfer did the same thing would the board bend as when hulk was using it? I get what you are saying, but at the same time, it doesn't neccessarily mean hulk doesn't have the strength capable of bending the board either. I mean if you notice not only did the board bend but the force in which he exerted made an impression upon nebulons face which could possibly mean that either hulk applied enough force to leave an impression and the durability of nebulon is what bent the board, or hulk applied enough force to an opponent with enough durability to withstand an impact from the strength of hulk swinging surfers board to bend surfers board with a force not only being greater than what surfers board can absorb but with enough force to leave a forceful impression. I mean how many people could do that to someone that is probably more powerful than galactus?

3:03 this is the out I wish that Al Ewing Wasn’t forced to put into his book/writing about the Hulk’s. Marvel once again fails to seize the moment to rethink the nature of the character. This one could’ve been iconic similar to the Allen Moore Steve Bissette John Tottenbaum incredible run on swamp thing. Instead of that, we get that he’s been “infected” by something “below all” which is really ridiculous given the long, long, long history of their association.

Brent Hughldridge Chua l believe cho is. Could be wrong. Weapon H is alive and kicking, just had a team up with Captain America. As for Banner, well Hulk is now immortal, so any time he “dies” or is “killed”, he comes back.
1) Amadeus Cho is no more the totally awesome Hulk. 2) Weapon H has been mind controlled by Sorceress Morgan Le Fay (update is coming next). 3) Banner was resurrected by the Elder known as the Challenger, and now he is possessed by the powerful demon known as the One Below All.

Why is no one mad that hulk is getting this overly outrageous feats of strength, and he isn't even a cosmic being. It just makes no sense.
Well his strength(as well as secondary abilities) work in proportion to his anger and stress. His form is always breaking down older and weaker mass, and replacing it with newer and stronger mass. This process causes stress, thus causing his body to adapt and get stronger.
Any and all outside stressful stimuli, increases the rate of this process.
Also Banner has always tried to keep Hulk from going overboard, whenever possible.
