- Cold dips messed my mitochondrial reaction up, due to having disturbed mitochondria from Glioblastoma Multiform already!
I pushed too hard, thinking I could adapt and improve my results quickly!
Conclusion bring, I ended up getting a cold like reaction and I ended up purging, (vomiting) lots either due to taking to many painkillers too close together or because my body reacted to cold dips poorly.... 🤔
Its hard to tell when you treat yourself for stage 4 cancer! 🤣 I'm doing my best and constantly learning to adapt and evolve!

I’m going to see my two nieces tomorrow who lost their father to GBM.
They are 30 and 32. Tragic. He was 60. He only lived for 1 year after his dx. I was married to his brother who died 3 months later at 53 of GBM as well. Neither one of them would change their diets 💔💔

I also got a dog last year, dispite my GBM and the fact that I don't have much to spend. But it does me good. It also helps to go out more and every day on walks, which is also healthy and good for us!
Btw, I am a single mom with a 6 year old boy. Kay Manuel. Did and do everything alone and by myself, even through chemo etc at the time 🙈 but I did! 👊🏼

Btw, also on welfair due to the GBM. And here everything is also expensive. Keeping the heating low and still high bills... I feel you
And yep, I even wrote a book before my GBM (how to live happier and more balanced) and I also mention everything you say here. This planet started with nature, everything else is a matrix, a bubble, and created by men.Humans. I hope you can find a writer! I also vlog and simetimes also about my GBM, mri's etc... You are doing great!
