honestly from 1986-89 he went from looking 19 to 30. Cliffs death really aged him up a bit

I’m not gonna lie, James was a pretty good-looking guy in the early days of the band. RIP Cliff, I still miss you and thanks for inspiring me to play bass as well as showing me that you can also do cool shit on bass and also thanks to the whole band for making me want to start a band of my own (I play lead guitar and occasionally sing)
I think James now and James 94 were the best times for his looks

Metallica is forever the best band. My first Metallica concert was at Nivala in 1984. I remember how ride the Lightning had come, so it was a hit and I remember Cliff. I miss the cliff. I remember the smile he saw at the gig, but tears come when I remember it, but luckily all the other members are alive I always love Metallica music

Hope, James finds his way back after rehab and everyone of the band uses the time not being on tour to rest body and soul✌️

It's just an objective observation, that they had some "intense" time during this whole year... so, that's just something I had observed ;)
As a new fan at 63 years old I think they look fantastic!! We can’t expect them to look like they did even 20 years ago. People sometimes forget that our heroes age too. Some faster than others. Some not well (I personally know that) but they’re still the same. The music is still banging and we’re fortunate to still be able to see them in concert!!

Yeah, and for those who would come in and say they went hard rock, fuck em because black album, load, and reload were heavy metal, and st anger was nu metal, and you could argue load and reload were partly hard rock, and I wouldn’t totally argue, but it still overall feels to heavy to be considered hard rock, at its slowest and least heavy it’s bluesy metal and country metal, and heavy metal at its hardest just like the black album, so IMO they have been metal from beginning to end, or should I say beginning to now, cause it’s not the end yet

You can see a few things in this..one is just how quickly Jason aged while in the band...two the effects that the alcohol has had on James....and third that Kirk don’t age lol.
