Hey man I have codes in my Freightliner Cascadia 2013.
EEC 061 SPN 3556.
Aftrtrmt Inj 18 .
Doser block & fuel Doser inj changed new but. Still I have this codes & lose pawer
This codes means
Regen temperature low.
This could be caused by a bad fuel delivery to ATD or bad DOC module.
First, remove the dozer injector and clean the orifice of it with a long screwdriver.

I have a question about a code SPN 4358 FMI 4 for SCR Aftertreatment DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE on my 2014 DD13 Cascadia.
I performed a regen and light went out and then after about 10 mi of driving, MIL came back on.
How would I find the problem and will this derate power if I drive?! Thank you!
Hey fransico, I’m having some issues with having to do constant regens fright liner had it and replaced nox sensor but having to regen twice a week
It is possible that the regen temperature is not reaching its operating temperature while driving and it is asking for a parked regeneration to complete the cycle, I will recommend to do a force regen with the DDDL software and check the temperature across the DOC DPF filters and check the fuel injection status while the regeneration is in process.

It is possible that the dozer valve is bad, but it is also possible that your engine harness is bad too.

Ok, turn off the engine and let it cool down.
With the ignition on ENGINE off, the DDDL software instrumentation and then go to "USER" and search for fuel compensation and see the pressure the it reads with (do not start the engine) it should be 0

no. the doser block controls the pressure, the doser valve or injector injects the pressure but they are connected

My fuel connection on Doser block assembly leaks maybe I didn’t installed it right ..those washer are they specific or just any same size from freightliner thanks
LeteciBurek LeteciBurek there a specific size but just make sure you didn’t lose or drop one when in stalling it since the one on the dodger block side tends to fall off in the back

I have a 2013 cascadia, and cooling fan wont come on, but when I unplug wires from fan vacuum switch it comes on, and when I unplug wire from a.c. sensor it comes on. Any idea what the problem is?

Yes, it does that because the ACM sets a low emission warning to the MCM and the standard protocol is to reduce the engine power to reduce the NOx amount.

It is a faulty relay in chassis Sam fuse box (it the box located next to the steering column in the fire wall below the clutch pump)
Check for the abs power relay and replace it.

Rplace the DEF metering valve and the DEF air limiting valve
The DEF metering valve is located between the fuel and the SCR box.
The Def air limiting valve is located underneath the cab in a cross member after the transmission.

Mr amaya i have a question i have a dd15 2012 cascadia that i bought with 850k miles truck runs strong exept the previous owner did a DPF delete the only problem i have with it is that hauling 40k lbs and approaching a small incline code spn4077 activates and truck drops to 55mph lacking torque only on hills and inclines would you know if its possible to deactivate dozer valve .. or any suggestion would be gladly appreciated..
The dozer injection is required and not sensed.
The only way to fix that problem is to reactivate the dozer injection system or to delete all the dozer injection system components

My DD15 blowing alot of white smoke and smell like unburn fuel. Most time when the truck is parked it is trying to do a regen but wont initiate and the RPM jumps up and down and blow white smoke. I replaced the fuel meter and it still does it but less. Any help?
Probably that could be caused by faulty injectors

I researched it and it says that the HC Doser fuel line failed the self test. Should I swap out the Doser valve?
The code 1077 stands for a high pressure fuel leak
Mr Amaya I’m having problems. I’m having to do a parked regen everyday after getting new nox sensor. Truck is now telling me I’m low on def or I’m using bad quality def. any suggestions.
Benjamin Gonzales check your filter clamps if they are leaking or not.
This is probably happening by a low emission conversation, this usually happens when you are driving with a high amount of torque (a hill or taking off)
To prevent this to happen drive the truck with high RPM and low gears to reduce the amount of NOx.
It’s constantly at high rpm

This code means that the fuel delivery to the dozer injector is lower than normal.
If you already replaced the dozer valve, you need to check for external or internal fuel leak all the way from the dozer valve to the dozer injector,
If there is not external leak, it could be a faulty dozer injector or faulty dozer valve.
