I'm pretty sure that autocannons don't need to be put on the carriages, you can just build them with a hopper feeding in ammo

When Shalz mentioned the war thing it made me think of one of those 100 players civilization videos. It would be really cool if he hosted one of those with all the create mod cannons & vehicles and see all the chaos that would unfold!
Just ad the musquet mod so we Can have full on Napoleonique War
I would love to see that. One of the things that really bothered me is how hard defense is in those videos, but this would actually make building up defenses make sense. It would also make attacking a lot more interesting because the invaders would have to either transport or build the cannons under fire. It would also stop them from just charging in like morons and force them to use proper strategy.
You should make a bomber plane, either modern or old, would be so cool! And maybe you could use it on createch
or a spitfire
Maybe a hurricane. It's a British attacker (Close Air Support) that's basically a spitfire with slightly less machine guns but with an mount for either 2 bombs (one on each wing) or 6/8 (don't remember how much exactly) rockets evenly split amongst the wings
@@greywolf5590 The Hurricane acted as a fighter, and a really cheap one too. Not quite as good as the Spitfire though, their main advantage was their payload and not only did Spitfires get modified to carry a small amount of ordnance but the Tempest replaced the Hurricane.

7:20 those are fuzes, you need to combine them with a filled autocannon casing to make a cartridge, they are apart of a crafting recipe
I think the autocannons shouldn’t be able to destroy terrain. That’s something the bigger cannons should be good for
7:01 The shell you are trying to use does not have a cartridge attached. You are trying to shoot a projectile without its casing, basically.

Aeronautics isn’t public yet. Once it comes out he should probably make a submarine build competition with Theo, cuz it would be cool..
I believe the point of the cannons is less short-range protection but more long-range as in literally bombing someone's house 300 blocks away

Let's go baby! We no longer need overly complicated mechanisms to make an auto cannon.
One last thing we need is for you to use these to try weaponize them on airships
I installed eureka and you can use cannons with it and the carriage works with normal cannons which is why they added the handheld loaders so you can load a normal cannon on a carriage you do it by making the cannon on the carriage DO NOT ASSEMBLE THE CANNON then place the powder charge use loader repeat as many times as you need to have enough powder charges then use the shot with the fuse if needed make sure you do each charge and shot one by one or else it breaks and then assemble the carriage/cannon.

Hey American here a the ammo you shot is a catrage and round combined the round is the part that flies out of your gun and the catrage is the ting that propels it
(This is a simple version of what ammo is)
YOOOOO THEY ADDED BOFORS TO CREATE!
You can even see the slot on the breech where the clips are supposed to feed through, I hope they add a fixed version so you can mount it on a plane and have some sick dogfights in the air or strafe bases and airships
Btw the AP and FlaK ammo didn't do anything most likely because they are crafting components that will be combined with a shell casing and gunpowder to create a complete cartridge
so, while you cannot use clockwork and this mod together yet, you can TECHNICALLY make a cannon, that stays on an AIRSHIP from the valkeries skies mod, while it visually looks a bit janky, and MIGHT lag a littlle, you can have a wheeled autocannon on an airship, you can also set the ship to go in cruise control mode, meaning, move forward, hit the key, get out of the helm, it keeps moving in what ever direction you were heading including turning, so you can one man an airship with one autocannon thats wheeling around on it, shooting anything that passes by.

You and a friend should do a medieval battle where you ea chi have to build a castle and add defences then you both have to try to break in an steal a dragon egg for example from the others castle (or you build castle and they have to break into your cannon)

Hey, Shalz. You know Eureka and clockwork? Have you tried making bowling with it? I mean, I can imagine the gravity gun being used to throw objects.
he could do that with just valkyrien skies, it comes with a stick to make ships. eureka is for making airships and boats, clockwork is for making a variety of things but mainly planes, and valkyrien skies is the physics engine they all use.

How about making a 2 seat flying vehicle (airship, airplane or helicopter I don't mind) and have one of them steer it and the other one control the weapons.
(Edit) maybe even have a third crew member with a small cannon for defense against other planes.
