The gun kits are meant to be loot, which kinda sucks but is also fair. In the end, it mostly just means you’ll have to use the old Edward kenway technique of just keeping six loaded flintlocks on you at a time.
this is the first thing I thought of when I saw this, but then I thought wait... isn't this just the equivalent of carrying 9 crossbows with fireworks? yea but it's cool.

You can’t use em like fireworks, just like enderpearls, they will all just get on a cooldown after shooting one

If your not already aware, since Ive seen the mods page, the other gun kits have to be found in structures currently, basics in pillager towers, advanced in mansions, and complex in nether bastions if im correct
i wish they were sorta like 1.20 templates. you go out and find them for the first one, and then you can craft it again. but you have to mechanically craft it and it has a chance to fail, to encourage more exploration
Okay but like how the fuck were humanoid pigs able to create complex level guns?
Like there's no iron in the nether, only gold, netherack, bones, vines (strings probably) and trees (wood).

Tbh swords aren’t kid friendly either,I would rather my kid learn about shooting people than brutal sword combat tbh. They should have some guns in the game but only go to like 1800’s so it doesn’t mess with the balance too bad

I love the MrCrayfish Gun Mod, and to see a variant for Create is amazing, hopefully they make it the least bit more automatable, and add reload animations.

I kinda like how you chose when to upload because it shows that you aren’t pushing your limits pumping out content at a fixed time and it also shows you put a lot of work in your videos it doesn’t go under appreciated keep having fun with create👍

Makes me wonder if we'll get automated base defenses... mount a gun of your choosing to a turret somehow, maybe a mechanical arm modified, with a spyglass and some additional tubes maybe?

you could make cannons that shoot automatically to mobs with computercraft and create big cannons but its only posible with command computers

Shalz create alloyed guns CAN infact be made in survival, the kits spawn in pillager outposts mansions ect. however they yet can not be automated, to avoid future mistakes I would suggest using mod called "Just enouch reasorces" it can show you structure generated loot and mob drops which can help substantionaly with this like these gun kits

You should add this to the create server. However, instead of mass producing guns, it makes more sense to mass produce the ammunitions
When i installed a create gun mod, i used the shotgun in creative and found something really cool!
Since the shotgun in the mod has a lot of recoil, you can use this not only as a weapon but also as a funny way of using the powerful recoil as a parkour technique.

I hate to break up the party, but you don't need to automate guns, cause they have no durability. You do need to automate the bullets though. So a weapons factory is not out of the question.
I would love to see a theme park built with this, Using the trains as roller coasters and using elevators as some games seems so doable.

I find it interesting that someone actually made a gun mod for create also the other gun kits are from pillager types not sure if they are common or not but I watched another video about this mod and the gun kits above crude are from pillager drops

Automate creating of guns in the minecraft. The most American video I've watched today tbh
I honestly like the little detail of how weapons can't be 100% automated, because it is physically impossible for real-world guns to be manufactured 100% artificially.
They have too many pins, too many springs, and too many fiddly bits. You need a pair of trained hands to take all the parts and put them together.

Gun kits can be found in the following locations:
Basic gun kit: Pillager outpost
Advanced gun kit: Woodland mansion
Complex gun kit: Bastion remnant
I highly recommend checking out Create: Armory.
I hate create alloyed guns for 3 reasons:
Its just a reskin of mr crayfish gun mod
It requires structure items(seriosuly annoying to find) and isn't automatable
Bullet recipies are too repetitive and are alot of brass for no reason
Meanwhile Create: Armory
Not a reskin
Automatable
Much more fun

The create mod should gone with a 1861 Gatling gun style for the minigun. Since the create mod reminds me of the Victorian Age of manufacturing.

it's funny that shalz was ecstatic to find out you can automate creation of revolvers over flintlocks. flintlocks were from an era where they were all basically hand crafted, revolvers was during the transitional period into the industrial revolution so they started as boutique weapons but then they were mass produced en masse

The musket production is probably not automatable because they came before a time of mass production and large scale industrialisation where they had to be crafted in workshops by hand.

As someone who works in metal fabrication, I can attest that the steps required to make these parts is accurate to real life.
You CAN automate smithing tables i think. you just need deployers.

I do really love people making addons for create n'all
but for the love of god, make them work with deployers and make them able to be automatically crafted with create, otherwise its just a gun mod that has the word "create" on it.
Also did you try putting the deployers on attack mode? Probably wont work (Idk)
You can fix a lot of this yourself using the CreateTweaker mod.
It's far from ideal, but at least you can play before a more official patch is made.
The other gun kits are found in structures since the guns are pretty op for Minecraft standards. There should definitely be a recipe for them though.

With Valkryian skies and Clockwork you can make planes, aircraft carriers & if you combine it with Create: big cannons you can make gunships. We'll soon have the ability to wage combined arms warfare supported by automation and supply lines in minecraft. This could be the basis for a very fun type of multiplayer minigame or event
You know, if you combine these 2 mods, immersive engineering, and maybe orgins, you could create a TF2 like game.

Immersive Engineering also has a (in the words of RoanokeGaming) "Force Multiplier" and multiple types of (in the words of RoanokeGaming) "Freedom Pellets"
oh you must mean a "Metallic Persuasion Device" and all the types of "Persuasive arguments", at least, that's what I know them as
The Basic, Advanced, and Complex ones may not be craftable but they can be found in the world. Though if you really want them to be craftable you'd have to use kubejs or something similar to create a crafting recipe.

This mods pretty cool, only problem is that from what ive seen you have to reload every gun like a shotgun aka 1 bullet at a time even for things like the automatic rifles which just infuriates me cause it literally has a magazine but you have to shove bullets 1 by 1 into the trigger lol
I know the two cannot _really_ compare, though I *much* prefer the guns in the "VEB Automobilwerke Schwikau" addon for Immersive Vehicles

There is actually an add-on to this mod called Scorched Bronze Guns (I think) that adds way more guns and some that are just stupidly powerful. They kinda break the Create aesthetic but they're still cool

this vid motivated me to make a modpack and get back into minecraft mods, you may feel this is just a nice video of yours, but for me its my ticket back into modding like i used to do before minecraft stopped working at more than 30 fps
The parts that use the smithing table can be automated with regular deployers.
Also, only the crude gun kit can be crafted. The other kits of higher tiers are loot and you can't automate that.

Idea: make a platform with a train track and a train driving on it, and put that platform on a train. Try to repeat this as many times as possible (if what I described is even possible).

I'm pretty sure crayfish gun mod has an extension to this where you can get modern-day assault rifles snipers and other stuff along the lines of all weapon genres. And then there's also another add-on that adds more unrealistic ridiculously overpowered guns as well. I think one of the categories being ethereal Weaponry or something. I don't know if it's compatible with create, but it has like three pages in the creative menu of guns and attachments as well as more throwable items like molotovs and grenades. :)
Check out Scorched Guns while you're at it, all of the guns _apart from the last tier_ all fit Create aesthetic, flintlock, scrap, industrial, wild west, standard issue, scorched, "royal", a wide selection to choose from, you can't automate them sadly but they're super fun to play with
now we have all out warfare with fully mechanized infantry with guns and airship
