Hi Seonkyoung, I’m making this recipe right now for dinner. The website instructions don’t mention adding the salmon to the pot (have I missed something?). I looked at the printed version & didn’t see it there either. My rice was already boiling when I added it, I just followed the video kind-of. I hope i haven’t made a mistake, but I can’t find any instructions on adding the salmon to the pot. Only optional torching of the salmon. ❤

She made an IG post a long time ago saying she is no longer plant based due to health issues. But she is still eating mostly plant based when it’s available.
I make a lazy version with rice, butter, baked salmon, lemon and salt n pepper. 😅 It's so good. Perhaps one day I'll upgrade my salmon rice bowl with this recipe.
