I mean, if there's 3 years in between dives fine, but even the big sunken tree is gone. I was a very strong competitive swimmer in my youth and loved free diving, so I don't doubt her abilities in either video - I just find this video is lacking in the "proof" department (like the first video is better off without this one). That's my opinion, anyway!
if you come to Hawaii... this is about my max exertion limit.. Bravo, Sofia!! But, come in winter.. Whales are the greatest show on earth, in my book. The week before spring, most of them depart back to feeding grounds. Mid-January to mid-March are insane! 😍🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋
Id argue it IS fake. No where near as long, and she is diving diagonally in the one take version. Also the tree branch you propped up for her to jump off is not there, that was a major "obstacle" in the long version.
well, I did speed it up to fit the 1 minute format TH-cam has for shorts, whereas the original was slightly slowed down to fit the musical beats. And we shot the original 5 years ago, so that tree has long disappeared - lots of currents around there, you know.

Проплыл метров 50 начал всплывать. Всплываю, а поверхности нет. На долю секунды проступила паника. Но я фридайвер любитель, так что панику сразу погасил. Расслабился и продолжил подъем. Оказалось, что я плавно ушел на глубину около 20 метров.
