Musicians Friend is a music store that used to be headquarted in Medford, Oregon. They got bought out by Guitar Center in 2000. My ex-boyfriend used to have a Luthier shop in the old Musicians Friend building in Medford.
Also, my dear Jack, the mask you called a 'ventilator' is called a respirator. It's my one PET PEEVES as a respiratory therapist. A ventilator is a machine we hook people up to to breathe for them. Also known as 'life support' (a huge misnomer).

A hundred for the furniture??? You should start at 500 for all 3 pieces! Those are expensive and in in great shape!
Wish I lived close to you so I could buy a leather lounge that cheaply. I can see why resellers grab things off you early at the markets.
You can trest the leather furniture like you would a good pair of shoes. Polish them with a good shoe polish.

As usual you cracked me up going through this locker. I don’t know if they are called anything different out there but the the apparatus with the trigger is called a caulking gun here. They come in handy for a lot of things. And all the little electrical things add up. My dad, a brother and my husband were all electricians.
I cleaned out my ex-husband's house and garage last summer. He was a carpenter, remodeler, electrician and hoarder. If I had taken the time to list and put up all the tools and etcetera, we would have made a fortune. But it was so overwhelming! Just the nails and screws and outlets. We ended up giving it away for so little but also donating to local causes for disabled guys who were fixing up their home. It's crazy what you do when you want it gone. Love every one of your videos.
