Just got the treadmill. It came with 2 bottles, each with 20ml of oil. This video just says "put a lot in it"... Does that mean use one entire bottle the first time? 10ml on each side? 5ml on each side? It also says you have to maintain it every 3 months (or every 2 weeks) if you use it a lot, so presumably you have some oil left for maintenance?.... HELP
This video did NOT match my instructions.. says run it by itself (no one walking on it) for 3 minutes straight instead of 2. I’ve also seen a ton of other videos of people adding oil on top of the belt (where your feet should be) as well so I’m gonna try that too! (currently setting mine up will update) UPDATE: so the oil went well underneath… had to use a towel to spread around the oil I placed on top of the walking belt since I guess there wasn’t enough.. tension? Pressure? Idk the word but once I did all that this thing works pretty good and is super quiet. Accidentally used half the bottle tho and was a tad slippery so like don’t do all that but it’s nice
Your new treadmill needs a bit of love and attention every time it's been running for a total of 30 hours. That means, when you add up all the time you've used it-an hour here, half an hour there-each time you reach 30 hours, it's time to give it a fresh coat of lubricant.
