I've come to terms with the fact that American builds aren't my cup of tea. West Coast builders, on the other hand, showcase a more aesthetically pleasing and world-class approach. Despite the hefty price tag on this spacious house, the finishes are a letdown. The brick exterior is unattractive, though the stone accent is a redeeming factor. The doors are unsightly, but the flooring is commendable. The oversized windows, while letting in ample light, miss the mark on aesthetics. And really, ceiling fans in 2024? They feel outdated and out of place in modern homes.
