No thanks, it’s nestled inside an industrial park. The homes are fine , the neighborhood is horrible.

@@TheDallasRealEstateChannelwow so is this good or bad ? Do you think they will build more in the area this makes me change my mind I was about to buy a home there but it does look like it’s nothing to do there it looks boring
@@SanMiguel860 I didn't want to just have an argument with one of my viewers. While there's industrial outside of the community, I still like the area a lot bc it's not far from shopping and dining. Now how much Mansfield will develop that intersection over the next 3-5 years is the question.
