    Wag po naten sanayin gumamit ng msg or any seasoning na sobrang malasa..mas ok po yung natural na lasa..para din po sa customer nyu..happy food and safe food..ok lang yung mga condiments,natural yun..wag lang vetsins,maguc masarap or anu pang content ng msg..thanks and god bless..more power

      Hi Adrian, Sa timbang, sabihin mo lang ang totoo kahit iactual mo sa timbang tag P700 per, kilo ng LB ngayon x 3.5 kls so nasa 2,450 plus packaging P2, 500. Magaan ang timbang pero marami ang aabutin dahil walang buto di katulad ng buong litson daming buto. Sa pagluluto sa diskarte na yan sa apoy, dapat tutokan lang ng tao makita nyo naman reaksyon ng litson pag masyadong malapit ang apoy namumuti sya nagkabitak, mabilis masunog. Always remember lang the name slow cooking
