Along with Northeast states. We need to check on this. If Indians get a nice job within India, there is no need for many to leave the country.
But, with the current taxes that we all pay, for the facilities we don't get, do you think people will want to stay? And safety of our women and children is at risk. Who would want to stay. People are more concerned with what new episode of Big Boss is about than economy. Then it's natural that more would want to leave.

They were landlords who collected taxes on behalf of the British, similar to their role in northern India. This system was abolished in Tamil Nadu by the Madras Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 by Tamils, which took effect in 1949. In North India, the abolition began with Uttar Pradesh in 1951 through the UP Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, followed by other states. Also I believe due to this they were lynching his own state people. What happens to kapuda, mangalsutra talks.

Also provide that list of private industries in UP and Bihar that migrated from there and was already these during 1947-1952? I still dint understand how the Freight policy affected negatively.. It leveled the playing field, Bothe industries in Bihar/WB and Maharashtra/TN had to now pay same amount for raw materials,. It reduces the upper hand that Bihar and WB had, but its simply leveling the playing field....I may be wrong, but i would like to know.
