If you treat you a as a companies asset and you claiming depreciation from that asset and 1day you sell that asset in profit you have to pay capital gain on this asset because it's not and personal asset it's a company's assets, I didn't expect this from Sharan who himself giving knowledge about taxes to others .

he said clearly , when someone buys a 4cr car , they use depreciation every year and save taxes .after 2 years he can sell it for more than the purchase price as luxury car prices appreciates every year . so he gets his money back and technically that means the car owner owned the car for free.
My boss drew me to Oman we were cruising from 260 km to 300 km. It didn't go beyond 300 km. The moment it touched 300 km on full acceleration it came back to 260 km after leaving the acceleration slightly. We were about crash in a roundabout which comes but my boss had full control. Probably he was used to driving it this way. That was the last I sat in a merc.

The latest entry to the list of ‘appreciating cars’ has to be Audi R8. With Audi discontinuing R8 in 2023, I’m sure enthusiasts will be ready to pay huge fortunes to own that thing of beauty In a couple of years time from now. R8 was one of the poster cars for a huge no. of motor heads growing up.

Fresh judgement on RTO charges in Andhra pradesh High court passed about RTO charges it should be calculated only on net price value but not to be calculated on Ex-Showroom price even on Luxury cars, as it is mention in vehicle tax schedule 6. If anybody did so they can claim those charges from the showroom dealers. be aware of road tax while buying new cars.

Mostly super car gives mileage above 5kmpl and they have tanks above-70-80 litre, so even lowest mileage car you can do above 300km 👍🏻

More tha 60lac cars zero depreciation issue is a very valid point. Also wont that affect the resale value? I find it hard to believe becos selling a large ticket car is fraught with a lot of issues. Can you do a segment on how and when to sell a car for the best bang for buck. Its 4 years i know but a full format will be appreciated with this kind gentleman

If you treat you a as a companies asset and you claiming depreciation from that asset and 1day you sell that asset in profit you have to pay capital gain on this asset because it's not and personal asset it's a company's assets,

he said clearly , when someone buys a 4cr car , they use depreciation every year and save taxes .after 2 years he can sell it for more than the purchase price as luxury car prices appreciates every year . so he gets his money back and technically that means the car owner owned the car for free.

My boss drew me to Oman we were cruising from 260 km to 300 km. It didn't go beyond 300 km. The moment it touched 300 km on full acceleration it came back to 260 km after leaving the acceleration slightly. We were about crash in a roundabout which comes but my boss had full control. Probably he was used to driving it this way. That was the last I sat in a merc.
