40 year Vikings fan lock in on everything, games, drafts, I use to get the Vikings update newspaper from Bob Lurtsema mailed to me every week for years. I was sure this team would crash and burn this year. I thought Kwesi’s competitive rebuild strategy was shit, letting Cousins go for a rookie then getting Darnold who I’ve seen play in person against the Vikings I was sure they would nose dive. Well after years of heartbreak I can’t believe how out of left field this team is. Nobody, and I mean nobody saw this coming. They may lose in heartbreaking fashion as they have in 4 SB’s and 9 NFCC’s but the GM knows what he is doing, the coach is the coach in this league right now and Flores is a master defensive mind. Sam Darnold is proving all the doubters wrong including me. Amazing.

Chris - I am back here again to say thank you. The Vikings deserve a little bit of recognition. I have NEVER seen a team play so cohesively, for each other, every snap of every game. They are bought in. They love KO. Vikings dont even seem to need the national media recognition, they seem to thrive on it. Vikings seem to have the best coaching staff on both sides right now. One thing to note - if it is a top down thing, the Vikings ownership is incredible. They have the top 1 or 2 player rankings - facilities, management, gm, coach, family environment, fans. It’s 1 or 2 from player rankings the last 2 years. That matters. KO and BFlo are basically co-head coaches. They are fantastic. Watch the post game videos. This team loves each other: and do not sleep on the talent on the defense. They keep being called “no name”. 2 of the top 10 defensive pressures, tackles, sacks on the defensive line are vikings. And Harrison Smith has Josh Metellus. Oh. And the Vikings have the best wide receiver in the league and he had a “quiet” statistical day. Love the content. Thank you.

They have no clue but speak with so much emotion as if they do. I don't know what happens this year but KOC is going to win multiple Superbowls in his career. This year could be 1.

Not unless they play exceptional defense because Minnesota and Detroit are way more potent on offense than anybody they've played except their own offense in practice.
