Replace Center Console Armrest Material | Tahoe, Suburban, Sierra, Yukon, Escalade

My wife's Chevrolet Tahoe's center console armrest leather/pleather has been cracked for years. I attempt to replace it with less than stellar results. I think a second attempt with a better stapler would fair better. At least this video will show how to take apart the console.
