Your two kids just sound so cute and honest when they give their food opinions.
Aw thanks! We just point a camera in their face and tell them to talk 😂😂
Wonderful stretch in my hood. Love the Fish Curry too. Nice food as well in the kopitiam nearby. Thanks for introducing this place for your larger audience. Have a nice day.
Yes! So delicious!! Hopefully more people head over there too.
Hi Wonderlust,
We seldom go upper paya lebar as is a bit far from where we stay. But after watching what you all having making us hunger, so my friends and I decided to go there this coming weekend. Yes that curry look great need to try out thanks for this recommendations.
Oh that’s amazing!! Do let the owners know that you saw it on our channel!! Let us know the verdict!!
I also love eating at the fish head curry and getting the sourdough bread from the same place! There's also a chinese BBQ place a little further down at the very end that serves some nice skewers!
Yeah!! We were going to go, but too full!!! There used to be a durian shop there too, which we were sad to see has closed!
❤❤😊 so yummy.
Dribbling while editing!!
Great intro to great food. Salivating now... more places to check out. Thanks!
No problem! And so close to home!!
That looked amazing. Thank you for showing us a different area for food.
Our pleasure!! Please do head down there yourself!!
@@WONDERLUSTworld will do, 5 weeks til we are there!
Wow!! Have the best time!!
Yummy! 😋😋
It was so good!! I was getting hungry when editing the video!! Hahaha
I have always envy the people who live or live near the Eastern part of Singapore. As someone who has lived around the Northern part of Singapore for the most part of my life. I felt that places like Changi, Paya Lebar, Siglap and Bedok have the best food joints.
There are some great places in the north too!!
Huh 😅 Very Yummmmmmiessss😁🤓
Such a tasty parade of shops!!
@@WONDERLUSTworld Yes Brother...💯👍🤓
I ❤ fish head curry and the chicken wing ! Your kids are growing up fast ! Enjoy
It’s so tastyyyyy!! Yeah they are growing up a bit too fast!! Hahaha
people always ask me why I like returning to singapore (and other than I do have friends and relatives even there) and... its the food. XD Yeah, it's cheaper in Malaysia, but its SO much more accessible (for someone whitout a car anyway) in Singapore
Very true!! We are BMW-ers!
Fish head curry and prawn paste chicken are our go-to combo too. 😂 The curry is just stupidly good with rice!
So so good!!!
Try the nasi at Muslim Delights, and the triangular kueh with the gula melaka sauce which is shiok!
The bakery has delicious bread. 😊
Just gave u a like!
Oh sounds delicious!! Thank you!
Interesting variety there…. Will need to check it out! Ah yes, the MacPherson stretch was really, really good too, as are the ones along Upper Thomson Road that you barely covered in an earlier vlog.
Yes! Don’t worry - we’ll be back there soon!
This place is like a part of geylang. Joo chiat. Holland village and tanjong pagar. Nice❤
Yeah it’s a great little stretch of shops!!
Got any durian this year?
We have had some, hope to have more! Heheh ❤️
How is your family's income coming from? obviously the TH-cam channel will not bring enough income to support your whole family financially...
This is a side gig - hobby turned income. Jonty is a teacher here so that’s the main income and I am a substitute teaching assistant.
That sounds great!
Really nice video and I was surprised that you guys managed to polish off so much food. Solid recommendations 👍
By the way, there are 2 shops that I would like to mention around that stretch that might be of interest to you.
