Been living in a house for the past 2 years that I hate so much , small and awkward living room / dining room that barely has room for a 30 inch table with a light fixture above it so hard to place the table without going into the living room, after watching this video, I was jumping up and rearranging the room! You gave me so many ideas! Still not in love with this house but I gotta say I was actually smiling at it tonight! Not sure if any of that made sense, But ,THANK YOU! ❤

Your decorating is so beautiful! I love it!! For the laundry room, maybe down the line when you get a new washer and dryer it will be a little taller and will hide that spot you don't like. Alot of front loaders are taller than the ones you have now or get a stand to go underneath them.

Looking good, Ann! I’ll say one thing about a new washer / dryer is they might sit higher than your current ones and it can help block more of the faucets. Also, many come with drawers for underneath, extra charge of course, but those are great for storage. I’ve got one under my dryer and I keep all my cleaning rags folded inside it. The doggos must love that backyard!! 🤗
Love your home. Your decorating is coming along nicely. It looks so warm and inviting. May I suggest a shelf shape like an "L" to cover the water hookups of your washing machine. If you use piano hinges on the board that hangs down to cover the water hookups you will always have easy access to the water valves in case you need to turn them off to avoid flooding your home. Just a thought. Good luck with your project. I know it will turn out nice.
