Just received a fresh pair of Pegasus 39 Premiums direct from Nike. My first pair of Pegasus were 1992's (in 1992!), they were fantastic for shoes back in that era. Years later when I got back into running I was wearing Asics Gel-Nimbus. They were hit or miss. When they were good they were great! Some of the Nimbus uppers would fall apart at the toe very quickly so I went back to the Pegs with the 31s. I ended up eventually owning the 31,33,35, 36, 37, and now the 39. When new, my favorites were the 31,33, and 36. Now that they are all worn out, the 39s feel the best by far. I only run 2-3 miles every other day but I'm a heavy runner at 211 lbs. so I need soft, strong shoes. The pegs rarely disappoint!
"Just finished a nice, relaxed, 40-minute cruising around, heart rate in the low 120s" - Dude runs faster than I ever could even racing (pace 4:16/km). Humblebrag. :)
I like the Peg39 due to the lower weight and I feel as if the midsole is a bit softer after breaking in than the one on the Peg38. It is definitely an improvement over the 37/38 and reminds me a bit of the Peg36.
I really like my 38’s. I tried a pair on in sports direct and it hurt my feet under the front air bubble. Real bad. Must have been broken. Glad I tried a pair from Nike direct as I love them. If the 39’s are better wow what a shoe!
WhaaaAA?? The Peg Turbo Nature IS coming this year?? Is that confirmed? Any idea when? In the Fall? I'm considering ordering a pr of Peg 39s By You...might just wait and see how good the Peg Tubbo Nature is....2 faom shoe....more breathable?
Currently wearing the Pegasus 36 listening to this review of the 39. How time flies... My Peg 36s have well over 450miles in them (stopped counting at 400 about a year ago) and are now my comfortable every day going to the shops, chasing down a bus and carrying grocery's type of shoe. I occasionally bust out 5-7km in them when I realise I'd forgotten to change shoes and do I feel it. The foam is dead but I still like these shoes for everything else. Do I upgrade to the 39s? I own three pairs of the Reebok Floatride Energy 3 so no I don't need to. Maybe when the 40 comes out.
Just got my Pegs 39 - on me, they are a narrow fit, unfortunately. My foot feels quite squeezed in, and I'll have to use them with very thin socks if I want to regain some confort. They're much narrower than my same-size Pegasus 38 Shield, which fit my wide-ish feet perfectly!
Hey I have tried just yesterday and I found poor grip and support compared to ASICS cumulus 23. Could you please make a comparison video? I’m still confused.. to buy perfect road runners
I know personally I work at a running shoe store and we are getting ours in on like June 1st. Obviously don’t know what that means for everyone else but I believe it was supposed to be late April but it got delayed.
Was originally supposed to be late April (like previous models) but was delayed back to June. some retailers like Dicks, and Running warehouse have an estimated release date of late June.
Interesting thoughts guys! I think I’ve ran in the Pegasus line all the way from 32 onwards without missing a model. Most recently used the 38 for 500+ K’s. Looking forward to getting the 39 to use along side my 2nd pair of Invincible’s ( 1st pair retired after 450 K’s)
I cant be the only one who thinks they are a lot less squishy than the 38. Maybe I just need to break into them but for me they are a lot less comfortable.

I also really like the feel of the 39. Snug fit and quite soft sole but still stable.

Which one in your opinion is better
@@amitsangwan522 Puma
I have the 37 and 38. Both have the glue falling on the sole/upper. Why aren't the 39s online yet?

Have the Turbo. How compare? Thx.
Is this good for toe to heel runners also?
The turbo is coming back ?!? I'm so excited
So why are these 39s not on the US website yet????
I tried the Peg39 in a store, the mesh is too thick. For the summer runs it will be hot on the feet!
Still no Peg 39 at NYC Nike stores. I called the flagship store on 5th ave and they had no info. Anyone know when this will be released in the USA?
I am happy with my Pegasus 38
Is it suitable for overpronation or flat feet ?
as a daily trainer, which one would you prefer the Pegasus 39 or Saucony Ride 15?
appreciate your view on this.
Still testing both and I’m (Nick) going back and forth on this haha, will cover it in their full reviews though

Which is a more comfortable daily trainer, this or the Ride15?
anyone know when these are releasing in the states?!
been wondering the same thing

Anyone have an idea of when available in the US?
Just got a pair of 38s brand new for $60 hard to beat that
Thank you.
Always left with i wish i could even see this in a store near me, talk more of buying

yes u can fly easy, but u cant drive easy because this is a special edition
I’d love to try the puma but basically nobody sells puma shoes. And the return policy from puma is non existent.
When they came out in USA .
I think April 28th
@@GeneralObservation24 bruh it's may 1st
@@XxGlopez22xXI think they come out around june 1st
@@lettsplays_ dang that sucks, thought it come out soon
The shoes a game changer.... Especially for anyone that likes her nice walking shoe.... More concerned about the durability..., ⛽⛽⛽⛽
Outside of Nikes premium performance, many competitors are bringing better value.
I don't like the color scheme. I wait for some other versions.
Still about an once more heavy than the 36 ! Just saying 😌.
Still think the 35 was the best
