Bar jobs are time consuming, which is why they cost so much to get done; but they are so simple to do, which is why I would recommend doing it yourself. The only thing I had done at the dealer was a cam, just because of all the speciality tools needed.
Do the risers yourself! I’m telling you.. I’m not a mechanic and I was able to do the clutch cables and brake line. They sell cables with adapters that makes it easy
We are on the same wave length, Harley had mine for 5 days and I was going thru WITHDRAWLS!! I have been getting used to riding with the 10” with a 1&1/2” kickback. It’s going to take some getting used to
Can those additional footpegs work as a crashbar as well? I mean not that I plan to buy one and crash it, but I would prefer having some stylish crashbars in order to protect these beauty.
People still like raising the bars up high but they don't care for ape hangers anymore. Me I like the apes. The height looks just right for you man. 👍🏻😎
I think im gunna go with the thrashing supply 8in risers on my fxlrs yours look great tho iv done 10k on the stock bars been putting it off too long lol
Dude you and Gerry should have put those handlebars on in your garage it’s not a hard job you could’ve save the money and made a cool video have fun with the new bars they look cool man!! 👍🇺🇸😎
Is there a 1" pullback? How does the reach feel? Do you feel like your arms are more extended or pretty much the same (or less)?. Thanks 👍. Looks awesome
They harley dealer is your "local shop"! No service, dealer goes out of business, harley struggles. Don't buy expensive toys if you can't afford to pay
@@Marvelkid87 thanks man!! I will definitely be doing this one. Hopefully if you don't mind in your next video letting us know how much Harley charged. Been thinking about having them do it too.

Random question... you ever try to fuel it past the first stop click and have it overflow a bit on you? happened to me lol.
How much they charge you for the handle bar install, 4k? lol
Good question, waiting for the answer!?
I'll say $900-$1000
Sucker
Definitely between $1-2K, handle bar jobs are easy but time consuming. He could've saved at least $1k by doing it himself, its not hard.
Where did you get your hand grips?
Looks great brother! Stay safe and ride hard or stay home😎
