hole 9 is a hole you should be taking full advantage of with your new form tips from drew. I know its hard to think about when in a tournament you just resort back to old habits. but if you look at your form on that shot, you are leaning forward HEAVILY again, tucking your off arm etc. HOWEVER your foot placement is A LOT BETTER!! great work and awesome to see you progress
He has not been playing long at all and plays this well already. I don't think it's realistic he will be on tour in the next year, but with how fast he has made himself a 900+ player, there is no reason to doubt he can get to pro level in the next few years if he keeps working
I seen some great roller holes..you missed the chance for easy distance..you also seem to grab an envy when you need a proxy!.. I feel like I would kill as a caddy lol
Nice work! Thanks for sharing this with us. Unsolicited advice from stranger: some of your molds don't seem distinct enough from one another to warrant bagging and fretting over which one to throw. Example: the two envys seem pretty close two each other. For me its more work to get to know the nuances of many discs rather than really know a few and be ablento adjust angles on those. It seems like you spend a lotnof energy during the rounds deciding which disc to throw. Cutting down the number of molds may help clear up some mental space to focus on throwing a disc you know on the angle you are intending to.
def something to take under advisement! I feel my bag was in a good spot for this tourney, honestly most of the contemplating was because of weird positions I had to get in and still overthinking the form change a bit! Excited to see how the bag shapes up for next year though!
As a LHBH player primarily this course looks brutal, luckily Im pretty good with the roller play cause id be using it a lot, either that or a lot of dink and dunk forehands, lol.
Keep up the hard work. I think you're playing fine, its the stress of the tourney. With more experience, you have to learn to pretend you're just on your home course and no one is there. *Chains*
def hard to display the difficulty of some of the holes out there, but that's also probably a flaw in the rating system since every stroke is worth the same. I'd be ok if the worse you shot and the better you shot the more drastically the rating moved up and down
If people want to be good like the best you gotta know what to do to get there. It’s all laid out in the rules. This one used to be maybe not now as the lgbtq community is all up in Discgolf making into whatever tha Phauckin Phauckin they want but…….
is this about hole 7? I was ob and you can take relief back from where you went out in line with the basket (line of play). If it's lining up behind a disc and then placing a mini, you can definitely do that
Curious why you're so concerned with ratings? I think being overly concerned with your rating might be more detrimental than benifical. And we all know the rating system is incredibly flawed anyway. Great videos keep up the great content!
good question! My main thought with ratings and being concerned is 1. as a creator, it's hard to judge skill in disc golf just by someone looking at videos for tons of reasons so rating tends to be a validating figure toward that. 2. I wanted to do everything in my power this year to set myself up for a good quality sponsorship for 2024 and beyond potentially. Ratings still are important in that aspect for companies, rightfully or not, so I wanted to increase mine as high as possible to be one less reason for someone to say no 3. probably the most intrinsic reason is I'm a bit of a caveman and big number make me happy lol

Great to see that you left some strokes out there but you were able to still place in a great spot. keep up the good work
Bro you’re killing it. Can’t wait to watch you on the pro tour
He will never make the pro tour

@@mindful_clip It was a comment about the course
for sure, def not a lefty friendly course unfortunately. Blame Paul Mc"Ihatelefties'
What is the name of you’re disc racks/shelves or where did you get them?
If possible can you post a link???
Pretty please 🙏🏻
I do not know what he uses, but just look up disc racks and find whatever fits your needs.
I got them from walmart, they're the like mainstay shoe racks or something
@@BodanzaDiscGolf thank you for responding I appreciate it 🤙🏻

That did not look like a 980 round. Lot of pitch outs and missed putts.
That course is a 68 tho 😂
Because it’s the hardest course in the country.

You can’t take your lie then choose to mark it after lining up in your mark. It’s a stroke isn’t it?

@@BodanzaDiscGolf hmmm, not sure when but…. In general I’m pretty sure if you step to your mark then replace your mark with a mini it’s a stroke.
as long as it's within time I have never heard that rule, but if it's one def let me know the code!@@weswarren5987
@@BodanzaDiscGolf I believe it’s under marking the disc
Love if you came and rated my local courses.
First let's go baby I hope you did well
He finished 10th I believe
